Fast delivery.

First time buying from FYFO.
Would recommend to family and friends. Ordering was very easy and was impressed with how quickly my order was delivered.

Excellent Service

Bought my boots on-line and they arrived exactly on time. Everything went to plan although the box was slightly crushed upon arrival but no damage inside. Altogether, in a nutshell, extremely pleased with the transaction.

Faultless service, quality goods

I found Fyfo quite by accident. The site was very easy to use and the prices keen - particularly like the photo magnify - allows you to get a close look before ordering that was a mahoosive help in making my mind up.
I took the free shipping option that I was eligible for (3-5 days) and was pleasantly surprised that my new boots arrived within 3 days.
The boots are stunning and the quality superb. Drawing a few envious glances at work this week, so money very well spent! Thank-you Fyfo!

Fantastic, effortless, superb service!

I placed my order late on the Wednesday afternoon. Received the dispatch notice on Thursday morning. And took delivery on the Friday morning. What a fantastic no fuss service.I wish all companies worked like FYFO! :-)

rubbish

The expense of returning shoe's was not made known of purchase, plus request was sent to yourselves regarding the purchase of shoe in another colour, had no reply even though i did ask many a time, hence i have no desire to purchase from you again as your customer service is not acceptable.

We are extremely sorry about the experience that you had while purchasing here with us at FYFO.

We are sorry about the confusion of the returns policy and we are currently updating our website now, to make it more clear to customers how our returns policy operates. As you may be aware from our site policies, for items which are returned to us we offer customers their choice of a different size, which is sent free of charge, or a full refund. In common with most online retailors we don't refund return costs for items which are as described, we do of course refund return costs when items are not as described and in contrast to many online retailers we never charge a re-stocking fee and we do in fact provide a full refund of the entire amount originally paid upons customers' request. Unfortunately, at this time, being a small business, we cannot absorb all of the returns costs for all of our customers, but we try to keep the costs as low as possible hence, providing free delivery on all UK orders.

I accept that your email query should have been answered quicker, however, we do not appear to have been contacted again after that first email nor did you speak with our customers services by phone. We would have been more than happy to recommend other colours and we provide both email and phone contact details on the site, a customer service representative is normally available during office hours and we also have an answerphone service in the event that there isn't a representative available.

However, We are glad to hear feedback whether positive or negative, as it only helps us to improve our company. So, we would like to thank you for voicing your disappointment and bringing this matter to our attention. We hope that even though you have had a bad experience shopping with us that you will consider buying from us again in the future.
