Overall, a professional organization with helpful employees.
My experience with G4S has been mostly very positive. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Our installation technician was very careful to run a wire along the wall so that it looked neat, which was appreciated. One thing that was confusing was that our phone numbers we provided to G4S were not recorded timely, and when an alarm activated while we were on holiday, G4S could not get through to us because they had the previous owner's land line on file rather than the ones we provided. It would be helpful if residential customers could login to an on-line account to verify information.
