I’m delighted to have just taken delivery of a new Rock-Ola vinyl bubbler. And while it is a thing of beauty, the story of its journey from purchase to delivery is a story of two halves! For thi... See more

ordered 2 tables over a year ago
ordered 2 tables over a year ago! was fobbed off with delays and delays and now they don't answer the phone or replay to emails. I think the company is a scam
Briliant customer service!
I wanted to buy the Coca Cola neon sign but it wasn't clear what the lead time was so I called the team who super helpful and went and personally checked that I could have the last one in stock, from the showroom! To my delight, I received it 3 days later in the post! It is perfect, just as described, and my husband is delighted with his present. I highly recommend this company.
I can't praise this company enough
I can't praise this company enough, I purchased a Rock-ola vynil 45 bubbler from them around 3 years ago and so decided it was due for a service. After a 4 hour round trip Mark not only did the service but expertly sorted out a problem that I had created and took time to educate me on getting full use of my jukebox that I was unaware of,he certainly knew his profesion which I was trully gratefull for, leaving me a very happy customer. I would like to thank all the staff involved in making the whole expierence very satisfying and highly recomend a company thats dedicated in what they do many thanks
Repeat customers
We are repeat customers, finding the communication and service on each order exceptional.
Our jukebox had a couple of minor issues after moving it abroad, after messaging him, Paul contacted us the same day and resolved it via a WhatsApp call!
Would not hesitate to recommend or use The Games Room Company again.
Thanks for everything guys! We love the jukebox and pinball machine!

Got a jukebox delivered today from…
Got a jukebox delivered today from Rock-ola. Slight issue with it - Mark from The Games Room came on facetime and it was up and running in half an hour. Very pleased with it.
I paid for a space invader arcade…
I paid for a space invader arcade machine 26 months ago ( yes 2 years & 2 months). A year after i paid in full & lots of chasing i received an original arcade cabinet full of new tech & a flat screen monitor. Not at all as advertised. I have been chasing for the rest of the 14 months & even sent a legal letter which is the only way i got a response. I was promised delivery 2 months ago as a final drop dead date but they haven't made that. I cannot get anyone in management to talk to me just a poor lady in customer services. Avoid this company at all costs.
November 2025 update:
After 3 years i have eventually got the machine that i paid for.John, did stick to his word & delivered the very good space invader, it was a long journey but we got there in the end.

I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by The Games Room Company. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Firstly, they consistently failed to meet their promised delivery times, leaving me waiting for my order far longer than anticipated.
Furthermore, attempting to contact them proved to be an exercise in futility. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, I received no response whatsoever. It's utterly unacceptable for a company to ignore their customers in such a manner.
To add insult to injury, after I finally decided to cancel my order due to their inability to deliver, The Games Room Company has been unable to refund my money for close to five months. This lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' financial well-being is simply appalling.
In conclusion, I cannot in good faith recommend The Games Room Company to anyone. Their lack of communication, inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner, and failure to issue refunds reflect poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your needs.
Foosball table woes - May update
Similar to other reviews below, I ordered and paid in full for a Foosball table in May 23. Expected delivery of 12 weeks. No communication from their side saying delayed. I have chased a number of times via email and eventually was told a month ago it would be delivered in 2 weeks. That didn't happen. Chased again. No response. Called last week and was promised someone would call back. They haven't.
As an update to this - I reached out to the supplier direct and their response is:
"The Gamesroom company is having serious problems since more than one year and the delay that they tell you is not our fault but this is because they delay the payments. They are saying to their clients that we have long lead times. Our lead time is 2-4 weeks."
Update, I cancelled the contract on 17 April given the 12 month wait. I have since called and written to The Games Room on many occasions, and they have NEVER responded to any of my communications. It really is unacceptable that they have had £4500 of my money for 12 months and don't seem at all inclined to give it back to me...
July update - the Games Room finally responded to my many messages...to say that they could return my money... in instalments over the following 12 months!! When I rejected that, they went back to just ignoring my messages again.
Great juke box repair/maintenance service
Great juke box repair/maintenance service from expert engineer, Paul. Had to wait quite a long time - they are busy - but well worth it.
Purchase of a new Jukebox
I had a first class experience when purchasing my Seeburg 100 Wall-O-Matic Jukebox.
Dawn and Natalie were extremely helpful and professional in guiding me through the process of what the Jukebox offered, how it can be installed. They also updated me on the progress through the re-build process.
When I arrived to collect the Jukebox I was greeted very warmly by John who gave me an extensive tour of the showroom. If you are ever looking for a pinball machine, pool table, snooker table and retro games machines this is the place to visit.
Really lovely people who are so passionate about what they do. I could not recommend highly enough.

Ordered and paid in full for Foosball…
Ordered and paid in full for Foosball table, 2nd October '23. Expected delivery before Xmas.
No updates, No delivery date,
When asked for progress I just get "our operations team are chasing this".
5 months on, no contact from them, no Table delivered!
Apalling ! Avoid.
Now have received my Table !! May '24
Finally got a delivery date, it arrived promptly and was installed efficiently.
The people at Games Room are well meaning I have no doubt, but reliance on suppliers deliveries rather than holding enough stock creates much frustration which could be mitigated by regular communication .
Great product, good people, just be patient !

Jukebox …
Jukebox had selection malfunction along with other minor issues.
Verbal contact with Henrietta who immediately
"Got the Ball Rolling" with Paul for a visit.
Date agreed and Paul arrived in the time slot.
Was able (With his skill and knowledge) to put everything back to working order.
Checked all other parts as routine.
Have nothing but praise for Alexander and his team
Alan Wolsey.

Great Vendo 81-D Coca-Cola Soda Machine
I had been looking for a 1950's Coca-Cola soda machine for some time and whilst there are plenty of US-based restorers, having to deal remotely with US dealers when in the UK can sometimes throw up issues more easily resolved if you can deal with a UK-based supplier. A short internet search for UK dealers of American coin-op machines identified the Games Room Company (GRC) based in Weybridge, to the South West of London. In addition to supplying modern games room equipment, the company also specialises in selling restored Juke Boxes, pinballs, soda machines, arcade and other vintage coin-op machines.
In early 2023, the GRC's website advertised a fully restored Vendo 81D Coca-Cola machine dating from 1957. The 81D unit was being shipped in from California and had the all-important large coin door with a fully functional coin mech which gives change when a quarter is presented.
I put down a deposit on the soda machine and given that the unit was still undergoing restoration, I was able to choose the external decals on my soda machine, examples of which can be viewed at the US-based FunTronics website. Once the machine arrived in the UK, I went down to GRC's premises a couple of times, once to finalise small cosmetic details and the other to carry out a final function check before acceptance and delivery. Being able to view and perform final checks on a vintage coin-op machine is an important aspect of buying from a UK-based company when a UK resident.
Throughout the unit's restoration process which involved some work at GRC's Weybridge premises, I was in regular contact with the company and can say that at all times, GRC's personnel were courteous and helpful. One aspect of vintage coin-op machines is that they require varying degrees of restoration, usually carried out by relatively small teams of specialists. With any 60-year plus machine, occasional snags can arise during the restoration process, so it's worth bearing in mind that the odd delay when buying one of these beautiful machines can occur. The end result, however, is truly worth it.
As a satisfied customer, I would highly recommend the GRC when considering the purchase of any type of games room equipment, either new or a fabulous piece of restored vintage Americana.
Satisfied With Multiple Items From These Guys
I bought a space invaders machine from these guys which was a full refurbishment project as it was an original. I was kept updated with pictures etc throughout the process and the finished item was delivered to agreed timescales. What a great service, so much so that then bought a pinball machine, brand new and shipped from USA, again, a great experience so I tested them again by buying a pool table, still couldn't fault them, delivered to timescales and installed. The final test was a vintage jukebox, fully restored. This was the only item I had a bit of teething trouble with, they are a bit temperamental, at 61 years old who isn't? They came out and got the jukebox running perfectly and very quickly.
I am an extremely satisfied customer and can't fault the service I have experienced from this company. I would recommend to anyone and will be sure to use them again in the future.
