Visited the showroom as my husband and I are looking to purchase a jukebox which we’ve wanted for years. Staff were super helpful, super friendly and absolutely knew their stuff. It’s also reassuring to be able to see the workshop in action and it’s clear these guys take a real pride in their work. They also have a great stock of all sorts of retro items - had no idea this place was just down the road from me so a really find! I think we will be making a purchase very soon!!!

I contacted the Games Room as I wanted my old Seeburg Jukebox fixed, I was recommended by a friend. After checking them out at their enormous warehouse and workshops I not only booked a service visit but was tempted and bought a one-armed bandit, completely service and in tip top condition. The sales lady was really experienced and knew her products well. The one-armed bandit was delivered by their Jukebox repair man and he fixed my Jukebox perfectly. These guys are nothing short of the best and cannot recommend them more highly, what a company!

I notice several people have commented on the prices of Games Room Company products. Having purchased 2 refurbished pinball machines from them I can only speak about pinball. The quality of their refurbished machines is superb. I have had my Corvette machine for over 4 years and not only does it look like a new machine but it has played perfectly throughout. Yes, there was an intermittently faulty switch at first (nothing unusual on a machine over twenty years old) but that was soon fixed in a visit by Mark (a 300 mile round-trip) under the 1 year parts AND LABOUR warranty. My Lord of the Rings table also had an obscure intermittent fault but again, this was quickly dealt with. In this case that included - at my request - taking the machine back to their Surrey workshop. Since then it, like Corvette has played perfectly for the past 18 months.
I have purchased machines from another major supplier and can honestly say that their 'refurbishment' and 'checklists' do not come close to matching the Games Room Company's work. They may be cheaper but only give a 30 day labour warranty. If faults occur after that I could be looking at an engineer's visit which several years ago was costing me a minimum of £200.
From what I have seen on visits to the showroom and workshop I am sure that the same care and attention to detail is applied to all their restoration projects.
So, when looking at prices remember two things: (1) you only get what you pay for; and (2) if the price seems too good to be true it's because it is!

Very disappointed with my visit to their showroom in Surrey.
I made an appointment to visit the showroom after viewing what was a virtual display of the showroom on THEIR website. I could see a number of pool tables, one of which was a SAM English pool table on this virtual display.
The day before the visit, the company phones me to check that I am still on for the visit.
It also asks what I am interested in, and I tell them (Claire) that I am interested in Pool tables. Claire asks English or American, and I reply English.
So I travel down to the company showroom which took me 2.5 hours.
I get there and I find that the SAM table as in their virtual showroom is not there.
Also they do NOT have ONE English pool table in the showroom.
What a waste of time. The company knew I was coming to look at English Pool tables.

1. Why would you not mention you have no English tables available when they ask what are you coming to look at.
2. Why have a virtual showroom display of their showroom, which is not a true reflection at all of what they really have in the showroom.

I found what I saw at the showroom quite different to the virtual display.
Very disappointed with my visit.

Price promise is just a joke. Sole many of the items is overpriced and when you ask to match the price from different websites the answer is always the same. We Can't sorry.

I ordered and payed for a table tennis table over three weeks ago. There was no information with regards to the order. I have emailed (no reply), I called directly and the lady said she would look into it and call me back.....nothing. Really pissed off and totally conned. How can this company exist without criminal proceedings or repercussions. Loads of reviews say the same thing. The 5 out of 5 reviews must be fake. Do not order from this company!!!!

order placed almost a year ago for a juke box, pool table and arcade game. still no delivery. Just spoke to customer service again and they said they will figure out where the order is. Reading these reviews does not give me a lot of trust that this shipment will ever be delivered.

Sold me a ping pong table (£3500) then repeatedly ignored my requests for a delivery date. After over 3 weeks of constant chasing they admitted it was broken but couldn't tell me what was wrong or how long it would take to repair. They then offered me a refund. Almost 4 weeks since that offer and almost 7 weeks since I paid them I finally received the refund. 'Customer services' could only unhelpfully tell me they 'don't know' (when the table is coming/what is wrong/when I'm getting my refund). Absolutely dreadful company, avoid at all costs.

l was after a premium Stern pinball machine.l thought the price was to step,so l said could you do it a bit cheaper,l was told that they would look into it for me and try get me a cheaper quote, that was 3 days ago,sent a message yesterday to say why haven't nobody got back to me,in that time I've managed to buy a Stern star trek pinball machine,you would of thought how hard it is out there with the cost of living crisis, they would get back to you.l won't look at this company again if l want a pinball machine in the future with due to my experience.

I had a tricky bespoke brief which required a lot of research for a very special outdoor table tennis table. The team at the GRC have done a beautiful job - my husband actually said this is a piece of furniture - not a games table!

We have wanted a Juke Box for 30 years and found Games Room not that far from us. Visiting the showroom was amazing as all our old favorites are there from Pin Ball Machines, Space invaders/Pac Man bar tables, Juke Boxes, Signage, Pool Tables and even the old One Arm Bandits from the early 70s. Claire gave us a good tour round and we opted for a RockOla Juke Box with CD's which also links to Blue Tooth. Being over Christmas we did have to wait for delivery as they come from America but have now just taken delivery of it. Two charming young men delivered it and gave a full explanation of how it operates. Typically as soon as they left I had a question and called the office. Someone there managed to talk me through how to connect another blue tooth device and we were up an running. Great machine, full of colour and amazing sound. Very loud and with a good deep base. Very happy with our purchase and hope to be able to add some cool signage or slot machines to our little fun area.

We had a minor issue with our pinball machine and when I contacted The Games Room Company a service call was booked for us. We had to wait a few weeks for the part to be ordered but the engineer arrived on date promised and exchanged the faulty part. He was a very pleasant and helpful young man and willing to help with any other questions we may have had. Considering the machine is over 45 year5 old it had had a full refurb and apart from the small hitch, it has been working perfectly, and believe me it gets plenty of use.

Bought a jukebox from The Games Room Company back in August/September 2021and the communication was exceptional and the discussions all very positive and friendly and all of those I liaised with were professional and very helpful.

The jukebox I bought was tweaked slightly, due to it being such an old/original machine and sourcing the original parts that were needed for the refurb, but this was discussed in advance to ensure I was happy.

The machine was finished and ready for dispatch in October 2022 and although it was 6-months later than originally expected, it wasn't a case of being ignored and just delayed without any reason, I was kept up to speed with the progress and pictures were sent over when available.

Things like this take time and I appreciate that, as well as understanding that in the 'real world' it doesn't always play out perfectly, but the people I worked with on my refurb were always willing to help explain what was happening.

The delivery was easy and well organised and the installation was quick and relatively simple and the guys who put things in, made sure it was working and good to go before leaving. Since then, there are a couple of minor things to help iron out, but again, this has been communicated and they have come back offering to help support sorting it out, which is all they can do. I hope this will mean both these things will be sorted out, I'm sure they will be.

Wonderful pinball machine, well worth the wait. At times the company was less proactive in keeping us informed of progress than ideal but that has improved of late. Delivery guys very helpful. Will soon visit the shop to have a look at the vintage jukeboxes.

I purchased an entire game room fit out from The Games Room Company for my home in the Algarve a few years ago. Recently my vintage 1950´s Coke machine developed a fault. Alexander arranged for one of his engineers to face time me even though the engineer concerned was on vacation with a 7 hour time difference to assist me in resolving the issue. We were on the face time for 45 minutes and at no time was I put under any pressure by the engineer, in fact quite the contrary as he was keen to help me resolve the issue (and trust me I´m no engineer)! Now that´s what I call service.

Purchased a refurbished AC/DC Pinball machine from the Games Room that arrived 6 months after ordering but in the end was well worth the wait - it was in exceptional condition- as new - would highly recommend their workmanship - the family love the game graphics & AC/DC tracks - thank you Games Room

We couldn't be more pleased with our recent purchase of a Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball machine from The Games Room. I went to see the restoration process and met Mark who showed me what he had done, he is a real credit to the Company. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and the showroom a delight to visit. Alexander (CEO) and Piotr personally oversaw the delivery and installation at our home, which made for a seamless experience and a very professional service. We would highly recommend this Company.

A massive thanks to Paul and John for a great service call last Friday. My Rock-Ola Princess had a problem with the carousel continually rotating. Paul guided me through a repair procedure via a WhatsApp video call and after 30 mins and a few tweaks the Princess was back in business.
