From excellent service from Lauren in the office to the engineers James and Dan who fitted. House was left clean and tidy and a very neat job given boiler was relocated from loft to downstairs cupboard. Thank you all

not all radiators heating up - from the outset rather than blame the microbore pipework for the prolem, powerflush or replace the pipework, G&K Heating came up with a plan to clean offending radiators put inhibitor in the system and cleanse it end to end, fixig a leak in the process. Altogether a professional job, done to quote in a timely, courteous and clean way. Highly recommend and will use again whenever needed

Excellent service. We moved into our flat and discovered that the boiler was faulty and the cold fill to the washing machine was broken. As soon as the job was passed to G&K they couldn't have been more helpful. Updated us every step of the way and completed the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. Cheers to Mike (hopefully got his name right). Really friendly bloke and very professional in his work. Thumbs up all round.

We have been using K&G for a few years and all the staff from the office to their engineers have been excellent professional, helpful and friendly. As long they keep their business and their good work we will be their loyal customers.

As soon as we booked for a yearly gas inspection ,we were kept up to date of times and date , arrived exactly on updated schedule . Very polite and professional respectful of home surroundings, gas inspection carried out safety. Would recommend this company, happy to use them again

If I say they sorted my problem with the black hole my gas escape to and reason for random hot water and heating issues in minutes. Faulty valve and fan in boiler replaced at a very reasonable cost. Have now cancelled my homecare insurance agreement with a national company, as this was not been spotted on yearly service twice. As by magic, my gas usage per day gone down 75% overnight.

Always good service. Had our boiler fixed a couple of times by G&K - always effective, on time and professional. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Booking an appointment for a leak under the sink was quick and easy. The engineer was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the leak promptly and gave extra advice on how to turn hot and cold water off explaining the hot and cold water tanks (we were new to the property). Only downside was original appointment was cancelled due to staff illness, couldn’t be helped but pushed back the fix by a day. Would still recommend.
