We had a gas engineer today to do the yearly check. Job well done, and he also helped us with the slight thermostat issue we had, without even having to ask. Well done G&K, another job above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Must say the whole process of booking and arranging time to have service carried out was easy and quick. Engineer was early but sat outside till I called him in. Friendly and gave advice and tips on boiler best use.

booked via my landlord - was a really good and smooth experience. when i emailed i had a response within 10 minutes! the person who came over was so good too, explained what they were doing and why. they took the care even though they didn’t need to as it’s not us who owns the property!

I even had a call after to ensure everything went well which was really appreciated. :)

Excellent service, the office were clear about the appointment time and sent a reminder. The engineer was professional and knowledgeable, he worked efficiently and completed the gas inspection without any disruption. I would recommend GandK without hesitation.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The engineer knew what he was doing - identified the fault, ordered the part and came and did the repair. They all made the process easy and stress free. They were just completely reliable.

The person that came to fix a shower drain blockage seemed not to have the skills to perform the task. Came without the necessary tools and then used an excissive amount of water to test the blockage. That flooded the bathroom with water and eventually soaked the corridor carpet.

We trust this firm with our work. We have used them for 7 years. They are reliable, professional and the work is of good quality and the cost is very reasonable
