The delivery was okay but the quality of wood wasn’t the best. A lot of of the wood was warped and it didn’t have any pre drilled pilot holes so there was a lot of guessing games. The delivery took over 6 weeks which I wasn’t aware of. I probably wouldn’t buy from this company again.

I was kept abreast of the delivery dates and had constant emails. I have yet to put the shed up, but it all looks great.

The Quality of the product is good. The instructions are very poor. Parts that need assembled are not on the instructions. Part descriptions are sometimes short of info to identify the correct part. Significant number of parts delivered that are more than you need. This creates confusion during the build process as you think you have done something wrong. I'm guessing these are meant as spares in the event of transit/assembly damage. I don't have an issue with getting extra parts but tell me so that it does not cause confusion. The roof assembly instructions are the worst encountering many of the problems mentioned above. I wish i could add a photo to show the number of extra wooden parts. The parts require quite a bit of adjustment to make then fit.

We had a professional shed builder put this piece of crap together and he was so embarrassed for us!
Split wood, warped panels, panels were warped, and the floor panels differed in size from front to back, preventing the wall panels from aligning straight. It's held together with staples and roof felt no thicker than a paper towel, one storm and it will be gone!

The quality is so bad and damaged, with knots in the wood that had come out.
The windows (plastic flimsy film) is a joke, how trading standards haven’t caught up with these thieves I don’t know!

A five-year-old could have produced a better shed, and yet this company has 20 years of experience—in WHAT I ask? Taking people's money, that’s what!

This company has no customer service. We purchased our 12 x 8 BillyOh Switch Overlap Pent Shed and it took 12 weeks to get it.

We had to chase our shed delivery multiple times and that’s if they could be bothered to answer emails and then give false information. If I worked for this company I would be deeply ashamed.

Why sell such shoddy goods? Why give such a false timeline? You are taking people's hard-earned cash and delivering goods not fit for purpose!

I have never dealt with such a lovely and helpful person as the lady Haley she was so nice and couldn’t do enough to help I highly recommend this company xx

Delivery was slower than hoped, only when I complained did they prioritise the order. The delivery itself was fine however the quality of the wood was low. I was able to build it with minor problems but I do believe for the price the quality of the wood should be better.

Do not buy from this company !!! Save yourself months of upset and disappointment avoid at all costs . We received our Freya cabin in January and paid extra for the upgraded version only to receive something that could only be described as shoddy, poor quality wood bent parts that do not fit wrong parts received wrong replacements received endless phone calls and chasing emails , 6 months of unnecessary stress . The easiest part of the whole experience was for them to take our money !!! After that they don’t care at all most of ours is damaged , no refund no adequate customer service at all which I may add is in a foreign country and they haven’t a clue what you have bought and so after sales is non existent.please don’t make the same mistake that we did by purchasing from them .

The shed is so bad that we had to take it down and are awaiting them to arrange a collection - something theyre currently unable to do? Why is this?

The gap for the windows too big. And the plastic they go into are bowed. Shed is not 10ft but apoarenrlt is with overhand- there is no overhang but okay.

I currently have a chargeback in with the company as they are not collecting their item which is shoddy. I think ill get my money back from PayPal before they even collect this damn thing.
Oh & dont start me on the delays and how long it takes.
Do not waste your time - send you to an Indian call centre who cannot do anything either.

6 months on….Initially we gave a bad review for the lack of delivery the the wrong of missing parts, which took 4 weeks to rectify.
This time it’s about the quality after 6 months. All I can say is shockingly bad. 30% of the logs have twisted or bowed causing a total shift of the cabin to the right. the doors and windows will not open due to the excessive movement, 1 door bowed that much the glass almost popped out. I have 10mm gaps either side where you can see daylight as the logs have bowed that much.
And mylen from garden building direct tell me this is normal settlement movement. What utter rubbish.

This is not our first log cabin, so we know what to expect with timber expanding and contracting, but expecting us to accept this as normal movement is a joke.

My suggestion is to spend more and go elsewhere.

Credit card charge back now in action.

No shed received yet. 5-6 week delivery quoted, now into week 9 and no news of a delivery date or genuine effort to provide one. Should have paid more and gone elsewhere.

The delivery went smoothly ! The driver was amazing and got the delivery as close to my property as possible!

The price was a good one. Luckily for me it came at the right time. How ever I went onto their chat to ask them a delivery time and they said 1 to 4 weeks.(I did give my postcode to) once I ordered it they now say 5 to 7 weeks. And the only other thing was the postage wasn’t refilled until check out. Otherwise until it arrives I can’t comment.

Have not built building yet as I was waiting for a base to be constructed. Quite a few panels have x's on them obviously rejects due to splits etc.. I don't know if that will affect me yet. I hope to start next week.

Had a good experience the second time around with GBD, the first time there website did not work so i could not purchase the shed i needed. I spoke to a young lady who helped sort the problem, after that the only other fault was the delivery driver used racket straps on my metal shed kit and bent one or two panels but only slightly. Everything else has been top notch.

Shocking, avoid where possible.

Purchased the Bella summerhouse in April, took 10 weeks to arrive. I took the week off for the delivery and on the day it didn't turn up.. I had to call to be told the driver decided he couldn't fit the lorry up our road. confirmed delivery with smaller van the following day. Time passed, I called to confirm the alredy overdue delivery to be told it wasn't coming as the smaller van wasn't available. Rescheduled again for the following week. I called the "customer service" dept to ask what could be done regarding my wasted time and the delays - was told "we don't do compensation", I asked to speak to a manager - was told none available but I would get a call the same day...I didn't get one.

It finally arrives on the back of a van with tail lift - drivers says - "some of this has to be hand balled, did the office tell you?" - no, they hadn't.
Driver was nice enough though.

Checked parts, many broken slats and a damaged side panel.
Called again to see what could be done, I was told "send pictures" could be 5 days to 5 weeks for a part.

It's nearly built now, it's clearly cheap wood with plenty of knots that fall out. nothing is straight, sanding and cutting required.

Can't be bothered with it, will fix it myself and never order from them again.
Terrible, wish I hadn't been so tight with my budget! Lesson learned!

Update #1 - response below received, emailed today as windows are missing! I will update again with the response I receive.

Update #2 - The parts "have been sent" could take 5-7 days according to email. Totally ignored my request for a conversation about the rest of the damage and poor quality.

Bad company that do not deliver within the allocated time frame, do not update your on progress. Ordered amd paid for my cabin May time amd now we are nearly in July. Unimpressed.
