Charlotte has been my property manager for the last 10 years. She is a proactive manager with great charm and enthusiasm. Always courteous, quick to respond and brings solutions to resolve a problem rather leaving it to the landlord to sort out. Charlotte is determined and tenacious. I have always been impressed with her ability to mediate between landlord and tenant on difficult issues, such as the return of the deposit, which, from the landlords point of view is tedious.
