Gas Fix provided an excellent experience for my annual service. The same engineer installed the boiler a year ago so the continuity is reassuring. He completed the annual service thoroughly and professionally. The engineer is skilled, efficient, and friendly. This consistent, excellent service makes a difference. Gas Fix is highly recommended for all boiler needs because of its fantastic engineers.

Craig from Gas-fix turned up well within the window given, to carry out annual boiler and gas fire service. Very thorough work and very conscientious about leaving the work areas clean and tidy.All gas-fix fitters are excellent, but we’ve seen Craig on several occasions and he’s very friendly.

I rang Gas Fix they gave me a price over the phone and when it came to pay it was EXACTLY that price. Tyler was polite and friendly and serviced my boiler and bled my radiators and could not have done a better job. Excellent customer service with very good communication at every stage of the transaction. Our Service and replacement part was carried out well and advisory information given concerning how best to manage the boiler and system.

For 6 years they have done Gas certifications and serviced/installed our boiler in our home and rental properties and every time we have received top class service.

Arrived on time. Polite, friendly and professional throughout. Work completed thoroughly. All paperwork completed without prompting. Explained that I would get an invoice to request payment. Price has not increased for at least 3 years. Extremely happy and can highly recommend.
