Very quick and knowledgeable

Gas-Fix supplied and installed our boiler a few years ago. We recently had a problem with the boiler making banging noises and shutting down, it wasn't too bad as the boiler restarted after a while, but we were concerned, given the time of year, should it get any worse. I called them on 10th Dec and the issue was promptly resolved. Thanks Tyler for a great job.

Tyler arrived for the appointment in time range specified, he was as always very nice great customer service. Checked back next day that all was ok with our service. Very reasonable price as well

My boiler was coming up for its annual service and, having used Gas-Fix last year, I received an e-mail reminder from them that it was due.
Booked in for 10th December and Tyler arrived to carry out the job. Very friendly person, just left him to get on with things.
Will be using Gas-Fix again next year.

I have had gas fix to put some new radiators in for me and also to service my gas fire and Andrew and Darryl are brilliant they are very thorough in what they do and nothing is too much trouble .after they have done the job they keep in touch by text to make sure everything is OK I recently asked if they could bleed one of my radiators and they came out to do that too .l would recommend anyone to give them a ring you won't be disappointed I wouldn't use anyone else .

Daryl arrived on time and serviced my boiler it was his first visit but I felt confident with his work and set up a service plan

Faint smell of LPG Calor gas detected in cupboard beneath cooking hob. Called Gas-Fix, our local firm whom we use for annual boiler servicing and other tasks, who called the following day; identified source of minor leak, rectified this and provided additional useful advice.
We have a 'closed feed' plumbing system which only Gas-Fix seem to comprehend. What a pity they are not plumbers too.
Not cheap but why should they be for such a premium service when a gas hazard could exist?

I had no thermostat reading and therefore no heat on a cold day. Over the phone the diagnosis was given that the batteries needed replacing. I tried to do this but the battery compartment was stuck. I phoned again and was promised a visit late in the day but late morning the engineer arrived and found the problem was a stuck battery. He quickly fitted new batteries and then checked that the system was working. Thank you so much.

The communication from gas fix is amazing. They send you reminders and message you to let you know the are on their way. We just had a boiler service but it was quick.and efficient, vert friendly.

This company was booked up but due to selling my house I needed to get a service done on my boiler. They arranged for an engineer to work overtime to help me out. He was on time, clean, did the job very well and was very polite. He even text the next day to check all was well. Very happy with Gas-Fix they really went above and beyond.

Have had a domestic central heating maintenance contract with Gas-Fix for many years. The firm responds quickly to call-outs and urgent pleas for help, and staff are always friendly and helpful. For non-urgent work, attendance timescales can be a little slower than desired because of their volume of customers, which is a sign of how well the company is regarded. Generally, very reassured by Gas-Fix and, when things go wrong, its good to know that there is a local firm I can turn to.
