Harlem 4 Bass Guitar + 35W Amp Pack
I a general way am very pleased with my purchase on gear4music, I bought Harlem 4 Bass Guitar + 35W Amp Pack, I liked the amplifier, although low range equipment and not being a bass player, I think it has a great sound full of potential even for small concert spaces. Regarding the the bass guitar, also beginner type and brand, is light, vibrates a little and has a lot of height between the 12 fret which makes learning very difficult, the intonation is good and the frets are filed on the edges of the arm which is good for playing without hurting the hands, the rest of accessories are acceptable, cable is bad and the tuner is good. In general a good pack I think

I ordered an item which was lost then replaced.
I ordered an item which was sent. The courier company lost it so I alerted Gear4Music after two weeks. The sent a replacement item which arrived two days later. The courier company messed up but Gear4Music recovered the situation very well.

Payment gateway needs work
I went to pay for my items and the delivery address shifted to my address in the uk. I didn’t notice this so I went ahead and paid. Then I couldn’t cancel the order and had to order again to get the strings to the right address in the EU. Your payment gateway needs work.

Ordered here in G4M before and the experience was good before Brexit, this time was the same good service, as always, very fast delivery (one working day to deliver from Spain to Portugal) and everything in order. Good quality drum clamps and good price, does the job very nicely.

Fast shipping and within the expected date. The Presonus R80 are excellent studio monitors for production or just to listening music. Good equalization capability and no static noise if use balanced cables and a good audio interface.
