AVOID!!

AVOID!!! My blackjack hand was misdealt, I had what seemed to be a better hand. And the dealer goes on to draw another card by mistake, instead of facing their mistake, they canceled/voided the game. If we was to mistakenly draw another card/hit they would likely not cancel the game for us. Extremely unfair. The dealer that miss dealt the hand also immediately left the table after making the mistake, making the new dealer unaware of what had happened. Nothing would have been done about the situation unless I had spent hours speaking to support just to recieve a small bonus only aviable on a usless slot. What a bad experience waste of time and money Avoide THIS SITE!!! also quite slow payouts.

Very weak company and they bring shame…

Pretty poor company and they bring shame on the Genting brand. I thought I'd have a go with them, since I used Genting casinos a lot and fancied trying my luck with their welcome offer of £10 free bet.

After signing up and being pestered to upload documents which is fine in principle but it proved impossible to find the function on the website so I emailed the documents.

I then go on to receive emails and text saying I'd singed up, come and give them a go.. I figured I don't have a lot to lose, I I'd give it a try, I can't login.. try resetting password... not having it.

I contact live support who tell me management has said shut my account down, for which they refuse to provide a reason but I assume they thought maybe I only wanted my free bet, which tbh now might have be true.

So well done Genting, maybe you saved a tenner but you ruined the Genting brand for me.

Very poor.

Avoid this site.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. First time I used this site. Wish I had read reviews first. After several deposits couple hundred did not even get bonus up. Then they decide that you have deposited enough and will not let you deposit anymore. AVOID have requested account closure after one hour

The worst betting website

The worst experience I’ve had with a betting company. Extremely confusing terms and offers result in you inadvertently losing money! Customer service agents are not empowered to resolve this issues for customers.

Very poor returns/gameplay, the online casino is bad in comparisson to repuatable sites, my account ran at average 79%RTP, when i complained i was told this is normal, if you want to test your patience to the limit then sign up,

Betting made difficult

Just tried to sign up to gentingbet, thats an hour of my life I wont get back. I signed up then tried to put some money in and it declined it , yes a betting company declined money!! Something about providing proof. I went into email and there was link about uploading documents lol, how long have you got. Im in a number of betting sites not one have asked to upload documents. I pressed the tab to upload document and it opened a page in my computer with pictures on, no instruction on what to do. Life is too short look for I site that is easy to get into.

Worse online casino.

Generally, unprofessional service. I joined the casino few weeks ago, they didn’t ask for any proof of age or joining. However, I still provided my docs, I played and won, then lost 2k. Which I was fine with. I was required to send bank statements, due to them being concerned. I sent my statement, confirmed my job and the company I work for.

Then I was asked to send more docs. Then I was blocked. So they let you play and lose money, then when you are given free money to play with they block you.

Ridiculous company.

Absolutely terrible, genuinely not see such a bad pay out ratio before.

If your a gambler, they’ll just take take take, I’ve seen bandits with better payout ratios.

Customer service, if you deposit too much there happy to block your account.. mid game.. when your down and say it’s safety. Won’t respond to any message on this point.

Look I like a gamble on apps during lockdown but I’d go casino, grosenvor, betfair, betfred, ladbrokes, paddy power, spinwinz, mr green and others, all have decent payout rates and in my opinion are fair rather than harsh, genting will take your money without giving you a chance .

Reopening Account

Reopening Account

i self excluded myself from the site, i spoke to someone they reopened the account after 6 Months.

Could not make a deposit as they change the card processors. They said it had been resolved.

My payments still kept been declined (i had money in my account) it was there fault so they closed my account saying they require more information and will send me a email its been 2 months now.

Be aware from Gentingbet stay far away!!!!
After the 1st win of £650 I had a time from hell loosing few grand.... bear in mind they were always on my case, where the money is coming from, set a limit, deactivating my deposit facility etc....
After a while increasing the bet and with a bit of luck I manage to win on eye of hourus (the slot) (the only game I play) £650 £1.334 £250 £400 £1350 £700 £600 £300 this are the total winnings, must say £500 I regambled. The night when I lost the £500 I’ve been blocked once again asking if I was comfortable with my limit (the same bull**** over and over again) oh almost forgot the time when I was loosing at the beginning they were given me £30 £40 pounds cash bonus to sweet me up with ridiculous wagering requirements.
The following day (yesterday) they sent me an email saying that my account was temporarily suspended (this people don’t like when u win, like all gambling establishments, as I was briefly in the sector few years back) they ask me all sort of info possible so I provide what they asked. Few hours later they reply with the account reinstated but with a maximum monthly cap of £500 (so I can bet 500 in a all month) that’s a joke!!!!
I remind them that I was a old member (15 years) of Genting casino in Cromwell rd in London now rebranded 45 casino but they don’t give a damn (I also sent them the old members card by email but they didn’t care) (the decision is final) so now I need to find another casino... they are plenty
P.S. when I lost the £500 I was waiting for a cash bonus (even if the wagering are ridiculous) they said there was nothing they could offer...are you for real? Are you kidding me??

Been a member for years and never had a…

Been a member for years and never had a problem. Won some, lost some over the years but suppose that's gambling. Gameplay is fine but the site logs you out at random times which is annoying when playing live games. Fast withdrawals and a ok range of games.

Withdrawn from them before and it was a fairly quick process for 1400-1600. Currently awaiting a withdrawal for 6500 after hitting an amazing win on Crazy Time. Haven't spoke to the staff too much but will update as soon as my withdrawal has been paid.

Act like there doing you a favour…

Act like they doing you a favour letting you bet with them. Constantly hassling you for where your money is coming from and always hide behind terms and conditions and gambling commission regulations. No doubt their reply with be full of excuses

And what do you get in return ??? Terrible odds on every sport that is out there. I guess they want people who don't use comparison websites to compare odds because the odds are just really really poor

Don't waste your time even opening an account with them
