Horrible experience

After my first deposit i thought id play some slots but after just half hour deposit was gone there servers are bad and kicked me out every time. Plus live chat was useless id avoid and dont gamble your money with them dont win anything just small wins every time

Been a customer for a long time but…

Been a customer for a long time but tired of them now
Website always crashes but it's never their fault. You tell customers service who just tell you everytime to clear your cache which never helps and then they tell you to try another device as if I have lots of them lying around

Also the bonuses free bets are an absolute insult.

Free £5 bet 20x rollover needed but maximum winnings are just £200.  So if you bet your free bet and won every spin you would only be allowed to keep 200 off it. Absolutely pathetic. What kind of bonus is that.

Will never use these again

Will never use these again - - - the 1st person blackjack is shameful. Dealer wins every hand. Played 20 games and dealer had either 21 or 20 every hand. Mathematically impossible to not win a hand. Know you have house edge but that was woeful. The chances of losing 20 in a row are well over 100,000-1

Odds are terrible check out odds checker and you'll see
They are never top priced on anything and they aren't even mid tier. They always near the bottom. You'll see a team 1/2 everywhere and they'll go 2/5 or 8/15 and they'll go 4/11. It's as they deliberately go worst price on 3 outcomes
They even bet 4/6 v 21/20 and 3/4 v 10/11 in match betting squeezing even more out than normal bookies do. They're not content with normal overground they are even greedier

The funny thing is they actually say on their website how competitive there prices are!

Free bets never happen and bonuses don't exist

Not recommended unless you're really desperate

Why do you keep asking people what the…

Why do you keep asking people what the browser they are using when they tell you the site is slow as if they are to blame, you act like it's the players devices that are to blame when looking at the numerous reviews saying the sme thing, do you not think it's obvious it's your end . Why should players have to email you. Have you any idea how frustrating it is keep getting locked pages when you're trying to browse odds?

I've used 2 different devices this morning to try and put football on and both times got the message page is unresponsive/unstable and locks up. Its blatantly obvious that your website can't handle the traffic thrown at it on Saturdays a blind man could see it

Its 2020 surely this shouldn't be happening to an online gaming company

Have gone to place my footy bet on a site that I can actually log onto

If they had cards like this in their real casinos there would be uproar if you got dealt hands like the ones you get online on their 3D Game
Dealer has either blackjack or 20 every hand. Never busts,
Player gets 12 13 14 every hand and busts. Don't give me the random number nonsense either. It's absolutely disgusting how you get away with it online.   I will never use your joke of an online casino ever again.  Absolutely rancid stuff. You should be ashamed

Not very good pay out

Not very good pay out. They will let you win for once after that forget about it. You can't win anything decent if you are playing with high stakes. You can see how the game becomes glitch if you raise your stakes. Another strange thing is that I was playing a game which I had couple if winnings and I kept playing and realise that it was only dead spins with no winnings even a small one -i stopped playing and went back to the lobby and noticed that I was logged out. The question how I carried on playing without being logged in ?

Id give a zero but cant

Id give a zero but cant, i play on alot of sites you win some you lose some thats gambling, however when you deposit several times over within a space of a month to not get your bet back on a win spin let alone even seeing a slot bonus is a joke, over £200 spent and gone within mins just spinning and no win. Im ok with loosing my money if the game play lasts but this site i feel its just ripping up money and i can do that at home, closed my account wouldnt deposit stay clear

Screen seems to magically freeze if I have a decent win and it is pretty obvious hardly anyone is playing - one to avoid I think - my numbers seem to come up when I'm betting 20p but they go next door when I increase my bet.

Website unable to work correctly and…

Website unable to work correctly and keeps freezing. Got told to clear cache /cookies which didn't do a thing. Seeing all the other comments about it before it's obvious it's the site and not me.  I only use it for football betting and that's bad enough. Can only imagine how bad it is if you're using it for casino games. Tbf the football odds are poor anyway and not worth losing sleep over anyway
Customer service need to learn some manners ax well. They are in denial that the site is freezing and slow

OH DEAR...is this corporate bullying

OH DEAR...is this corporate bullying ?
In response to a one star review after closing my account where I challenged their ethics , their only response was to say that my query was resolved.
They obviously don't believe in freedom of speech.......
I can only suggest that others who experience this sort of bullying report them to the Gambling Commission as I have.
DON'T FORGET THERE ARE OTHER SITES OUT THERE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT....

How slow is this website. They claim 1000s of users without complaint but I can see 3 reviews on here about how slow the site is

Cowboys

I totally agree with the last reviewer.
I started using this site after again after years of little use.
I was enticed with a couple of bonuses which looked quite good.
Placed a bet and I actually won.
However I didn’t recieve bonus.
After a live chat with a host,I was told management don’t want me to recieve bonuses or promotions.
Cowboys.
Just waiting to see how long it will be before they process my withdrawal.

Truly embarrassing customer experience

One of the worst sportsbooks out of a small group that have the audacity to claim legitimacy and a so-called decent track record. Advertised two free bet offers directly to my account, but as soon as I was enticed into betting with them, they decided to close my account without further notice. I had already lost one bet so they have practically stolen £ 20 from me.

I have never had an experience like this with other sportsbooks. It is their right to close an account, but typically their competitors honour all ongoing offers and release final funds. This is to create trust and avoid foul play, especially when a user's account is closed as a disciplinary measure.

Truly embarrassing.

Signed up and had nothing but hassle

Signed up and had nothing but hassle. Website is really really slow and cant seem to handle the traffic. How can you have a casino when it all keeps freezing or you keep getting chucked out every few minutes and having to log back in. Ridiculous
I withdrew my money and gave it up as a bad job.
