they just want to take your money, and they won't give you any bonus if you lose your money ...... their signup offer is only for marketing, you won't receive it ever because they terminate your account

Loyalty

I dont mind the bet selections or types. The customer service is good. However the site is very sluggish when using mobile. The one issue I have is loyalty, I am a big believer of rewarding loyalty. Normally on a friday a bonus is credited, however after depositing over a grand and staking over £10k in a week, I received nothing. I contacted them and said I havent had anything credited, to which they informed me I wasnt due anything. I can only assume in their eyes loyalty is based on losing accounts. Which mine is but this week I was lucky. Never mind.

I appreciate your reply and explanation, however to reward only losing accounts is quite a dangerous game and not recommended by the gambling commission. That being said, I don't have to be loyal and can use other sportsbook who would give a bonus for a free bet or bonus for depositing £1Ik and staking £10k in less than a week

Our technical team are constantly working on trying to streamline our site for faster loading times, especially on mobile devices, as we absolutely appreciate that you want the experience to be as quick and effortless as possible.

With regard to bonuses, we offer a number of promotions week in week out for our players to take advantage of, but yes the individual Friday bonuses are generally awarded based on how you've done that week. In general we think it's better to let your winning periods speak for themselves, and use the Friday bonuses as a way of giving something back if your luck's been out.

We appreciate that there's no "right" approach that will suit everybody here, but on balance we find it better to be able to give a bit more when players' luck hasn't been with them, rather than rewarding everybody regardless of results, and spreading the bonuses thinner as it were. Sorry to hear that approach doesn't fit your preferences, but I wanted to at least explain our reasoning as it were.

One star is too many for these clowns

One star is too many for these clowns, the website is slow and freezes then logs you out. The settlers are stupid who always settling bets as losers when they win, the get their inrunning basketball scores the wrong way around, I was going call them today to close my account but they beat me to it and barred me, what did I did I dare do, I had a winning account, genting bet only let losers use them

Disgrace of a company, never left a trust pilot review before but felt the need to stop other people signing up. I saw they were best price on a market, so googled them to sign up...offer came up, bet 40 and if your bet loses get 40£ in bonus also get 40 free spins...so I signed up, bet 40 at over the required minimum odds...no bonus arrived so I queried with chat and apparently because I'd found the offer on Google (top result) I wasn't a valid customer (!) And hadn't come from a particular website so wasn't eligible. Whole website is very clunky to use and continuously logs you out.... shocking experience and brutal customer service from 'Carles'. Avoid at all costs

Very slow website

Very slow website, freezes regularly. Very rude customer service and they ban you for taking promotions THEY EMAIL YOU!!
Bizarre.
They say its common practice, well I've had accounts with the big bookies like 365 and WH for ten times as long and never had that happen.

I'd avoid

Site isn't particular good as it logs you out all the time. Sports odds are fairly poor.

Was still using the site very occasionally as it had the occasional half decent offer but had an email saying they've closed my account without explanation.

I'd avoid to save you the experience of similar.

Absolute Joke

Worst betting site ever.

Sign up to get a bonus, all of a sudden you aren't eligible for it because of some made up reasons not covered in terms and conditions.

Unable to withdraw my winnings, just my initial deposit and that's it. Or so I thought... Turns out I can't withdraw my deposit either. It says that it was successful but then suddenly you check and money is still on the site saying withdrawal was declined.

Contacted the slow, uninformed customer service chat and was told the request was successful. Then the story was it was declined for unknown reasons and second request now is supposedly successful.

Supposedly... because they've closed my account now :) Will I get my money in the next few days? Who knows.

(Android App experience) Horse Racing at Genting

(Android App experience). My overall experience with Genting is OK BUT when it comes to horse racing they are absolute amateurs. Must be avoided. They change odds on the bet slip. (That's OK). You accept change. Then they say that you have 2 bets!!! Then you clear 'all'. Then you go back in a day later and find that the bet was placed despite none showing as 'live'!!! So you go off and place your bet with a proper bookie and end up with a double exposure. Lesson learned!!!! Stick to the mainstream players for horses and ditch the cowboys!

Avoid. Dissapointed as they refuse to give members bonuses for they deposits. i deposit thounds and i got almost nothing and lately i did the mistake to log back and try them out. did a deposit and of course i asked for some bonus , been told lies that i might get one in the evening. checked it and of course they said i am not eligible , reasons ? no reasons . maybe next week...if you as a website want to keep your costumers happy especialy when they deposit alot you must give them bonuses ...look for better websites , i am sure they are plenty

Brilliant site.

This is the first review I have ever written but I felt like it needed to be done. I signed up to this site, deposited £20 and won £400. They even ask you to go into a live chat and make sure you are happy with your gambling control and deactivate your deposit until you let them know your happy and safe. 10/10 site. Hopefully the withdraw goes through okay.

I asked this betting provider to…

I asked this betting provider to investigate a fault whereby the game crashed due to some technical issue.

The result of the investigation was that no fault was found yet if they actually spoke to their staff who were on the floor during the live game they would find out that there was indeed a fault and not only that there was lots of unhappy customers on the live chat complaining about it.

Best to avoid this company as if an issue arises due to a fault then it is not investigated properly or robustly and it’s made out that it’s the customers fault.

Poor show Genting!

Just my opinion.....

I made an account a few years ago and stopped playing because I didn't find the odds to be as good as some other websites. I took a phonecall today from a mobile number. It was someone from Genting asking why I hadn't logged in for so long and that I could benefit from a £20 matched bonus on casino. This on the face of it was a reasonable enough offer and I understand they are a business and need to make money. I said thank you to the rep and said I might consider it at some point. Then the problem came. The rep wanted me to put the phone on speaker and make the deposit whilst he was on the line so the bonus could be released. Personally I think it was a disgraceful thing to do. People are off work and struggling financially due to the coronavirus. Needless to say I am closing my account with them.
