Deceiving, unfair and useless customer support.
Signed up to their website using a refferal from Oddschecker.com, which sent me to a welcome offer of £40.00 Insurance on first bet.
Placed it, lost it, only got £10.00.
Customer service is useless, they have one working person at the live chat and emails who does not resolve your query but hangs up on the chat whenever feels like it, worst experience ever.
Use WH instead or any other reguar good bookie that will treat you like a valuable customer.
Useless.

HOAX SITE,, AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Site has to be a hoax site run by jokers. Signed up to site and first attempt at verifying account, I sent a photo copy of my passport and a proof of address letter confirming my name and address. I was then contacted and told no good as passport wasn't signed, it is. Also told letter was no good. Second attempt I sent different letter and a copy of my driving licence. Which were accepted. I then attempted to log into account to place a bet. I'm told my account has been closed. They won't advise me why or even chat about it. Live chat doesn't work. So please avoid these lot as its a hoax site.

Low pay-outs ,bugs,site is frustrating to use and kills any fun.
This has to be the worst slot site I have ever played and I have played on near on all of them. Some of the games do not load up your balance so you are gambling blind as the balance in the top right corner is slow to adjust to your winning/loses. Then the worst thing is the site decides to log you out when you eventually get a bonus , 3 times it happened to me after only 30mins of play a message comes up saying "session expired please return to home page" and you are froze out/logged out..so then you loose all you gained on the slot you were playing.
I have never had such a bad gaming experience as on this Gentingbet site. Also the pay outs did seem unusually low compared to other casino sites , the same slots I have played hundreds of times on other sites did not pay as frequently or pay an amount like they normally do.
