The revised three card poker progressive game that came into the Sheffield in September 2023 is boring compared to the 5 card version, given there are fewer smaller payouts now too. It would be great if customers could be consulted before these sorts of major changes are made. Most if not all regulars would welcome the old game back tomorrow despite the progressive. Or at least give us both and therefore a choice.

I would give 0 if I could. They sent me an email to tell me the next time I deposited I would get a 75% bonus, I deposited and got nothing! I complained and ended up closing my account. There's much better sites out there that don't false advertise.

Don’t do business with Genting 45 Kensington on Cromwell Road! They suspended my membership for no reason at all!
This establishment is dishonest! They lied to me that my membership was suspended in the colony club. I only visited their premise once. So they made up a reason to get rid of me under the false pretences. Disgusting management and people. I was informed by 45 Kensington that my membership was placed under review. I emailed many times three weeks ago and received no reply!
I just received a generic reply today that the casino management is not willing to reinstate my membership. As you can see they have not replied to my review because they know it is truth! This was an act of pure discrimination.
I reported them to the Gambling Commission today!

Absolute joke of a casino. Customer service doesn't even exist on their website. Proper scam when it comes to withdrawals, they never bother to reply, which leaves you wondering where your money is and whether you'll ever see it again. They come back with all sorts of excuses and they repeatedly ask for ID when you already provided all verification docs a few months prior to their new request for ID and this, that and a picture of your 5year old. Pure nonesense! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, WilliamHill is so much better and pays straight away. Stay away from these cowboys.

Genting online casino is the worst online casino the haven’t any numbers I deposits up to 2000 it accepts my deposit when it comes to withdraw 1000 it asked me to verify my card I use to deposit I did 9 time I received one reply saying she can’t find my account when giving her all my log in information the keep money couldn’t withdraw I end up losing the 1000£ you can’t contact them. I was sceptical about them as it took…
I was sceptical about them as it took lot of efforts to get in touch for my first withdrawal but they paid out and sine then two more withdrawals came in. Could be a bit faster though as most site let you withdraw up to 1500 a day in few hours. Getting help o line is nightmare but guys on phone are great. Safe gambling methods are good as they ask you to take breaks etc. when withdrawal improves I will post a 5 star review as site is great with loads of games.
