Signed up to this site no wins for a while when I did win payout was the next day by 6am!
I had already uploaded ID, driving license and picture of bank card with middle 8 number blanked out.
Agree with others that the bonus added to account is annoying but can’t fault their payouts

When you deposit it gives you a bonus that you can't withdraw unless it's removed as of which there is no option to do so, only customer service can. I've written to them a few times live chat and via email and no response. If I hear anything back from them I will repose my response but so far nothing! But if I don't then I will find way to report this company!

I felt I had to write a review because I read all the ones below and it scared me so much!! So, I won quite a large amount on roulette and requested a withdrawal…yes I didn’t receive any reply from email nor did I receive a reply from online chat. HOWEVER, the money landed in my paypal account in less than 36hours. To my knowledge, I have never received instant funds from online casinos… the only reason I gave a 4 and not 5 was because I was unable to withdraw the full amount and went back and played a little and lost that haha! And the lack of replies, but overall not a bad experience.

It gets a one star as that’s the bare minimum, but to be honest I don’t feel it’s even worthy of that.

Deposited and got a bonus (usually refuse them but didn’t get chance on this occasion) managed somehow to meet all the wagering requirements and had a balance of £1000. Waited days on live chat/email for a response to my query regarding ID. Eventually was completely verified, made my withdrawal then waited days to be told via email it had been refused, no explanation why they’re keeping £1k of my money. It’s says “get in touch, we’re ready to help you”..What a load of nonsense when it takes about a business week to get any kind of pointless reply.

So in short..AVOID AVOID! Ya So many great casinos online these days with almost instant customer support and withdrawals.

What a scam of a company new user gets up to 50 percent bonus deposited over 100 pound got only 10 pound bonus and it wouldn't even let me withdraw as a bonus was live I ttyed to get there there was no answer no live chat answer phoned company no one answered for days!!! Don't confuse the two. Genting landbased casinos no longer have any association whatsoever with Genting Online. I've never had any issues with the landbased casinos, however, Genting Online is ONE BIG SCAM. I repeat all the negative reviews in respect of Genting Online. The gameplay itself is fine, however, communication is non-existent, and you're not going to be able to withdraw your winnings. The active bonuses are also a SCAM as they lock in your real cash and again prevent legitimate withdrawal requests. I suspect Genting Online is not based in the UK hence the reason they get away with their unlawful activities. There are plenty other gaming sites to choose from so do your research and STAY AWAY FROM GENTING ONLINE!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

What a joke..live chat for problems..they don't even respond!..try an email you might as well send it to the moon..I have had all of my verification passed still won't let you take a penny out..but guess what if you want to deposit no problems they will keep on taking...save yourself a stressful time..don't join..and if you have try and get your money out and close your account..they are dangerous people.

Worst experience.
I have been trying to withdraw amount, but they are not letting me process it , it shows you have active bonus which needs to cancel in order to withdraw. You don't see any option of cancel your bonus (welcome bonus which will be automatically added on your signup, there is no option you can untick this promo code on signup, it's a TRAP). Have tried their chat, never got any reply, sent them several emails to support team never heard back from them.

DON'T SIGN UP for this casino, this is SCAM. They won't let you withdraw any amount of money at all.

The bouncers out side on the morning of June 4th-bald white man tall, & 2 x Indian men- I work as a shot girl and I got lost in Sheffield with no internet. I approached CODE the club and their bouncers refused to help a 20 year old in danger. I walked up to the casino. Very scared. The men instantly made me feel welcome! They heard what the other doorman said they brought me in the warm and helped me and waited until my mum came and I’ll happily be back!!!!

Same as everyone else, they're not paying my withdrawal even though I've sent my identity. See this shows just how badly these sites are regulated nowadays. They're literally holding your withdrawal to ransom in hope you lose it. It's dirty delay tactics. Not a very good start. I signed up last night depositing £50 quid, I am now on £2910. I can't withdraw anything as my bonus is still active. I've tried live chat and no reply. I can't play anymore games as it says that they want to speak to me on live chat to gather information and there's nobody there to talk to. Very bad service so far. Can anyone help me get my money out as I have ran out of ideas.

Firstly, to try and put people's minds at ease slightly, I can confirm that you do EVENTUALLY get your withdrawal. However, it did take 28 days and numerous correspondence with the NOT SO live chat for me to see my two withdrawals in my bank account.

As far as customer experience is concerned when it comes to the withdrawal process, this is by far the worst online casino company I have ever dealt with. Average reply time for the support chat is 3 to 4 working days, despite the current reply time stating a few hours and when you do eventually get a response, it is often rather unhelpful. Finally, when you email them with the various verification details they ask for, you do not get any confirmation that they have received them. You just have to assume the email was delivered.

My experience with the rest of the website was actually quite good and the live blackjack, which is all I played, was also very good. Unfortunately however, my experience with the withdrawal process is why I cannot leave any more than the one star and will not be returning to Genting Casino!

I have been trying to contact the site for days regarding a withdrawal. I provided all my details and got my first withdrawal but my other one has been pending for 5 days and it is a fair amount.

They don't reply to any live chat messages or to any support emails. All I want to know is what is going on and why it is taking so long to process.

Update-I have a response but I had to send so many messages, I am fully verified and still the withdrawal is processing after 8 days. Today they have told me they have passed it to the payments team but not sure if this is the truth. I don't know if they are going to pay out today like they said they would. Will keep everything crossed it will be refunded to my card today.
Further update no payment made

Update they cancelled my winnings of £4500 and gave me £60 despite me giving them EVERYTHING they need to steal my identity. Have reported to gambling complaints commission.

I won on roulette and made a withdrawal. Guess what, after more than 24 hours, it's still pending. Tried the 'live chat' and all I got was a bot. So, I emailed them. No response so far.

Absolutely terrible service!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I won £600 on roulette 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my winnings.

The “live chat” isn’t live at all, I stayed logged in for over 48 hours and not 1 reply to my messages. In the end I have had to call the Casio o at results world and get the manager to look into this for me. The payment is showing as “processing and has been doing so for well over a week and is still not in my account. I was a first time customer and will NEVER use this site again. So so bad and they just simply do not care and never reply to a mail.

Absolutely terrible , as others have said already , they have virtually no customer service , live chat is not live they just answer when they feel like it or not at all , deposited 750 and went to withdraw 1400 after being completely verified and it just doesn’t get processed , it states on there site it will be processed at 12am gmt but obviously that’s a lie also , please avoid and use another casino because this is one of the worse out there .
