Awful online casino! Won £800 on blackjack, all real money, no bonus or wagering requirement and they just won’t process my withdrawal. Sent in all the documents they asked for and even got an email back saying ‘your documents have been verified’. Yet they won’t give you your winnings, and like all the other reviews the customer service is useless and they reply in a few days if your lucky! This was about a month ago I won the money and have never received my winnings. You’d think because there’s ‘Genting casinos’ on the high street they’d be reputable. Far from it! They’re a scam and I’d avoid at all costs.

Please avoid. Virtually Impossible to withdraw your money and absolutely crazy wagering requirements alongside weird rules that are clearly designed to prevent anyone being able to withdraw.

Here’s the apparent business model: persuade people to deposit and make it Impossible for them to withdraw without satisfying enormous wagering requirements, safe in the knowledge that the staggeringly slow customer service responses will lead them to attempt to ‘win’ the right to withdraw their money by betting it all. Obviously they will lose all the money and the casino moves in to its next victim.

More fool me for not reading the small print closely enough.

Been waiting a month for a withdrawl asking for every doc under the sun 6 days to reply on live chat no email response uploaded same bank detais 3 times incuding bic and swift codes they asked for still nothing affoid atall costs

I played roulette and won £1k they payed me out within a few hours. The only thing I would say is that the customer service could be a bit faster as I was waiting for a few hours for a reply. But all in all the actual person I spoke to was kind and helped me to get my winnings. I would recommend them to other people as they are a good reputable company.

Their customer service is non existent. I was playing, and I might add...winning very well, and then they barred me from playing for over an hour...without any reason. Eventually they let me back in, and I continued playing and within half an hour, a pop up came and said they needed to chat with me about my gambling...even though i was some £1500 up. The chat window opens...and you get a 'bot', not a real person. I've been waiting for 4 hours now...and still no person has appeared and I can't play on. Having been treated like this, I'm trying to withdraw my substantial winnings and move to a better casino...but guess what....the chat window just pops up and says that they need to chat to me...but they never appear in the chat. I've sent 2 emails to them and nothing has come back yet. (The second email was a tad sarcastic, maybe that wasn't a good idea).
Still... stay away from this casino...there are waaaaaayyyyy better on line casinos....can't be many worse!
(What's the betting that if ever I do get to withdraw my winnings, that they put obsticles in the way of this!)

Terrible site. I wish I read the reviews first. Let’s you deposit anything soon as you try to withdraw they need documents.. sent the 24hours no response! Carried on playing as there’s nothing else you can do! Won some more then block my account with 547 pound of my money.. saying they need more information so I can’t do anything all all you go on the chat say reply in a few hours! 14 hours later still nothing. I can’t withdraw my money. When I go to withdraw it says I have an active bonus therefore can’t withdraw. The only way to get rid of this bonus is to get through the extremely high wagering requirements or contact live support. I have been on the live chat for 15 hours and heard nothing. I also sent an email 12 hours ago and again I’ve heard nothing. Please avoid this site if you want a quick experience. I really enjoyed playing on this site until this point. Very disappointed

Unbelievable!! Stay well clear of this site, customer service, good luck with that! Live chat good luck with that too! Had my account frozen 3 or 4 time's so they could ask me pointless questions and the conversations took age's because they never replied for hours. Then when I did get to play I thought I'd give one of the bonus offers a go BIG mistake! Once I'd lost all but 6p of it I decided to deposit again and guess what the bonus terms continued to my new deposit even though I got no new bonus money and for three more deposits so far, and at one point I was up I tried to withdraw some and couldn't as no one would talk to me about taking off the bonus terms!!! Heavily bet black 6 when it rolled in, the result came up as red 16! I took screen shots showing the ball still in black 6 and the result as red 16, it was concrete proof I was right. They said they watched the video and all was correct and still havent refunded me as we speak. I lost out on a lot of money. Absolute fraudsters! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Deposited, received a bonus with ridiculous wagering requirements. £3000 for a £50 deposit.
Won up £180 and they refused my withdrawal because I hadn't completed the wagering requirements. Soon as I got close to wagering nothing paid out and consumed it all. Just a scam guys please avoid.

Awful awful awful - had a decent win but then of course can't withdraw, despite uploading what they requested and saying it's verified. Live chat is shocking and doesn't respond. reporting to the gambling commission today as this goes against all practice. I certainly won't be playing or using this site again.

Don’t waste your money

Have to say I ignored previous advice but have found this Casino to be absolutely shocking. Sign up, say verified, deposit, withdraw, deposit withdraw no issues all low amounts but still all very simple. Then bang deposit win a bigger amount and shock can’t withdraw have to send docs, no issues but then its nothing for days, no response no quick checks, says 12 hours but be more like 12 days, live chat not live hardly get a response. Clearly a method to block withdrawals of a decent size or at least delay it for long enough for customers to continue playing hoping they lose or at least reduce what they have won. Such a poor way to operate, yes I’ll get my money as I have the docs and I have placed myself on a cooling off period to be certain but what a backhanded way to try and encourage customers to lose, this is one customer lost as I’ll never play on this site again.

UPDATE account verified and withdrawal received but its took nearly a week and only after resorting to Resolver to file a complaint. Account now deleted. Terrible site.

why is one star the minimum you can give ive read through the reviews of the last few days and im sad to say my experience is very similar twice now ive taken offer real money get tied in and theres no one from support to help 14 hours for first reply on the first time this happened and only contacted once the funds were gone 26 and counting so far was trying again to make it through wagering 30x dep and bonus £3000 from £100 combined and they stop me from playing a third of the way through them. now i have to wait on live chat to even play again i feel my money is lost. real shame i used this company locally for a stag do it was good but the online experience leads me to believe they nothing but con artists stay away stay away,,,,, runnnnnnn!!!!!

update 48 hours i waited finally got unblocked somehow made it through the wagering with 6x my deposit . resolution was ok got a response to this review aswell but honestly i dont think ill be back those waiting times for help 48 hours 14 hours from chat in this day and age aint cutting it... but ty for the response and explanation......

They let you immediately deposit any amount, no issues, no documents required, nothing. After you deposit, there's a pop up relating to responsible gambling thats directs you to Live Chat. It does not let you use the site in any way. Live Chat DOES NOT REPLY! Their status is "replies in a few hours" and I have not had a reply in 34 HOURS with NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. I have reported them to the Gambling Commission.

Gave me a bonus I didn't want. Which then wouldn't let me withdraw actual money Id deposited.

Was advised via live chat yo use the bonus which I did and won 2500

They trick you by email to make a deposit to get free spins then as soon as deposit is made they send you another email telling you that they decided to change their mind. Do not trust and use more honest casino.
