If I could put - 10 stars I would as they've taken £20 out my bank without permission and I want it back!

The Most disappointing night ever (Sunday after the Chinese New year celebration in the town). I am a member for a quiet a few years but I do not go often 6/12. I was recommending this brunch to everyone I know ever since. Every time, but not anymore. Tonight they kicked me out. False accused to be drunk. Just by a judgement of manager Lindey. I know, they have got a rights, but this was too overwhelming.
I came in with my obviously drunken boyfriend (Croupier for a 6 years) to warm up and obviously spent some money ( as I like the enviroment too (AND THIS IS SUPSRIINGLY THE GREAT PLACE TO GO IN THE TOWN!!!) **** asking him to behave before so we do not get kick out at the first time. Because receptionists didn't recognise us just by the sharing DOB as usual (as my bf forgot his ID and we thought it will be ok to hit with telling DOB and going through). I asked if the system is new and surprisingly it was (they/receptionist may lied to us). So we proved all the requested details. I asked the guards for my backpack to be clocked without request form guards as I know the rules (they took coats). We got a tag and went to the bar. I was told, that we are not allowed to have an alcoholic drink so we obeyed and had a water. We played a games, I had a fun with the people around as my nature is. Quite few games separately from my boyfriend. I asked for one more non alcoholic drink. I asked inspector if she concider me as drunk, she requested manager and I was asked to leave.
They have got their rights for sure, but any camera check will confirm my experience.
Their customers are drunk, drugged, but valuated by ... ?
I was disappointed but still understanding my faults. Outside ... and tears were coming out. Obviously trying to get any sort of response after being understand by most of the staff before and all the time inside. (GUYS. THE MOST OF YOU WERE F*G AMAZING THAT NIGHT ❤)
Nothing as the rules says. I had a questions...
They called us the taxi of course (us with the guards.. For the 5-10 (more of 10 as on cameras) mins already waiting outside), We didn't request any of that. After a reasonable time they didn't even let us to wait inside of premises (real feel about 2 °C and gasts). Except manager everyone seemed to understand by the appearance unless this histerical poit.
Standing infront of the casino asking for the humanity.
Even taxi driver shall have a camera record of me (shouting considerably to my still drunken boyfriend!) as well as being calm and by navigating to the home.

This is not the first time when someone questioned my personality, but it is officially a first time I got knocked out for no reason.
This is nothing but disappointment.

Who do we serve for what reason :,( Is this inside us or did we obey.

I would let them search me for the drugs. I did everything they didn't even requested and I got kicked out compare to my completely drunk boyfriend spending MY money.

Genting casino, Ojo, and Turbonino are sister gambling companies. They are all shoddy gambling companies with rubbish customer service. If you are having problems getting your withdrawals, sign up to "Ask Gamblers" website and put in a claim against the casino. They will help you.

Do not bet on this site.
They are holding £600 of my money and making me jump through hoops to collect.
They award you a free bonus without you asking for it but you can’t withdraw your money until the bonus is used up. The problem being you have to use real money to use up the bonus!!!!! Scam. Reporting them to the gambling commission.

One of the worst online casino played on my life. Had been gambling online for last 13 years.played online roulette and my bet has been rejected. And also landed on the number I played. All my balance disappear and didn’t got any winning money. I send chat 4 times to then they never reply and also send email and 3 time . Not a single reply. Robbing people money. Raise issue with gambling commission hope they will be penalised..

I have never had a problem with any other casino when it comes to withdrawals even the ones with bad reviews.

However Genting have made the whole experience a nightmare.

Took me a week and endless messages with 3 days between replies to get them to accept my documents. When that happened I tried to withdraw but had an active bonus which I never wanted so couldn’t withdraw. I asked for this to be removed (3x eventually with success). Withdrew my money 5 days ago, they asked for more info (IBAN, Bic number etc) and still haven’t got my funds.

How can this be legal!?

I don’t normally do reviews but last night I won good money around 10pm I request a withdrawal woke up this morning and the money is in my account, I read the reviews last night and have worried all night I was be scammed please take no notice of the bad reviews this is a good site good games and excellent withdrawal time the bad reviews are not any fault of the site

They give you a bonus that needs to be staked 60x times to be withdrawn, if you have any balance you can't withdraw it if you haven't finished your bonus, you can't finish your bonus if you haven't finished all your real money, wow! this is the definition of crooks. Nothing else to say.

This casino should be investigated total scam someone in the gambling commission is getting a back handed this casino is a total fraud deposited £400 they automatically added £20 bonus which I never wanted or consumed when I try to withdraw my remaining balance of £120 it won't let me they are saying I have active bonus which I have to use which is unrealistic and impossible to gain points they want me to spend and lose £1200 before I can withdraw anything.....in other words anything you deposit in this casino consider it lost because they won't let you withdraw if you contact customer service they never reply just block you...total crooks

Don’t ever play with them guys. If you win anything trust me they will not let you withdraw that money until you loose all. They will make all sort of excuses delaying withdrawals and blocking your withdrawals so you can play more

Well I deposited with this casino, took a 100% match bonus, I was up & down got down to my £150 that I deposited for the day so I thought I'll withdraw that, wouldnt let me as I had an active bonus. Then throughout yesterday twice they stop me from playing as it had been too long or something (well when gambling commission took away autoplay & bonus buys you will play for hours as bonuses take too long to land) I won't be using again, they make everything awkward. Live chat takes 2 or 3 days to respond. Took me 3 days to deposit as I wasnt sure if the link I used would give me my £150 match bonus as they took so long to reply. I should have realised acknowledged the red flags then. So I played off the £150 & bonus & took the hit. Theres no way I will deposit here again because I had to jump through hoops to sign up then jump through hoops to play, I would understand if I was making lots of deposits but I made one deposit of £150.....crazy

Avoid this casino at all costs. I had made several deposits and when I tried to withdraw, they wanted proof of ID and debit card. Fair enough, so I sent it to them. They came back that the front of the card was not accepted and had to be resent. So, I took another photo and re-sent it. They came back saying it was a duplicate of the file I sent previously !! So, I retook another photo again and resent. Guess what, came the same comment, that it was a duplicate. It seems they do not want you to withdraw. On further checking, they are based in Malta. So guys, please do not waste time with this casino as there are plenty on online casinos based in Malta that went bust and their licenses revoked, like Smartlive Casino...remember them?

I've read the horrific not needed reviews that had me worried and can I say this casino has paid me daily directly within 24 hours on last 5 withdrawls, And after this they ban me from bonuses! So changed from 5 star to 2 star and will never deposit on skill on net sites ever again.
