I'm a member of Plymouth casino and joined online deposited £50 got no bonus and they wanted proof of my I'd.. but they let you deposit anyway, scammers.
Don't advise anyone to join up online..
Grosvenor casino is safe and honest..these people at Genting are not.

Don’t know if it’s even worth writing about this as I have pretty much experience what everyone else has on here, support team never respond, taking money out is like getting blood out of stone but depositing money easily done! They trap you deposit all play with emails and texts but when you need help getting that money out you beat believe they disappear. Clearly nothing is even being done about it

Have played on many online casino sites and can safely say this is the worst by a country mile.

For such a big named company, it’s falsely misleading for customers to believe they’re a good site.

The rtp is stated as high but it’s a lie, spent £800 on £2 spins for bigger bass bonanza (a fairly easy slot to bonus) and didn’t hit a single bonus, also spent £400 on mysterious Egypt on £2 spins and hit nothing either.

This sounds like sour grapes for a sizeable loss but i can take losses on the chin. I can assure you I haven’t complained about any other gambling site, but this one is criminal (not to mention the shocking customer support)

I hope this review helps people avoid giving these crooks their hard earned cash as you will lose for sure.

Easily the worst customer service imaginable. Takes days at a time to respond on their Livechat service, does not respond at all to email queries, has no option to actually close the account (they will force you to self exclude to close the account) and could be the worst Casino you will ever come across online.

Avoid this scam company their livechat is non-existent takes days to reply while they still try and scam out there way of withdrawing money, by asking for identification after you have played.

Avoid at all costs. I accumulated over £1800 and cashed out £1000 on my first go with them on the slots. My bank was credited with £150! After finally getting a reply through email (no phone number to contact them) I was told I had breached my bonus rights, after a little digging I definitely haven't! They are still refusing to pay out and I'm going through all the right paths to have it resolved. If you want good customer service, which isn't backed by lies I'd avoid this company at all costs. How they think they can get away with this is beyond me!!......
I haven't heard off of them in over a week since I threatened them with IBAS, which is highly frustrating as you need to lodge a complaint and go through the casino process before IBAS will look at your case! Avoid at all costs.

Provided my driving license and bank card as requested. Then deposited a large amount.

Was looking forward to playing and when I enter a room to play it tells me that I’m required to provide info. (I already have!)

Live chat expecting someone will answer my Q straight away and then realise that they reply in “a few hours”.

You guys having a laugh?

Tried to find a telephone to resolve the issue and there’s nothing available.

Can someone look into it ASAP.

So it was resolved 20 mins later after asking 10,000 questions about my occupation etc.

This gambling site is an absolute disgrace. Surely with all these lousy reviews the gambling commission should step in, what are they there for.
I had the usual problems, the app is appalling, try they're live chat, ha, it says they are answering, in about a few hours. My latest request for my money back, has gone unanswered, now for 14 hours! I've emailed them, had no answer in 5 days.
Once you have signed up, and deposited cash, which seems dead easy, it suddenly appears that to withdraw cash, if your lucky to win any, is the most difficult process in the world.
They seem to constantly making new excuses, as to why they can't give you any money back.

All of the one star reviews made me skeptical about my withdrawal, however, yesterday I withdrew £630 from a £25 deposit and today (less than 12 hours later) the money is in my bank. I provided a picture of the debit card and a picture of my passport and that was it. No issues at all.

Pathetic, I joined Genting online Casino years ago, I haven’t played slots for a long time but got an email from Genting, offering a ridiculous amount of free spins for a £10 deposit so deposited. By return, I had a message telling me that I was no longer eligible for bonuses, went to withdraw my £10 to find £20 minimum withdrawal limit. A sister site of Prime Slots have been waiting for a response for over 6 days regarding a technical fault that is across all their sites. I have asked several times if real money winnings should credit bonus pot they do not listen or help and now keep getting told to contact them to no response.

Don't play this site. Its easily one of the worst,If not the worst. I play a lot of online sites and have a very successful track record. I play one or two games a certain way which limits loss and can produce high returns. On this site however zilch. I have spent over £1500 and never have had any win. I am lucky its not a problem as the last £300 was lost deliberately checking out the gaming to be sure. Its a total con. They claim to be protecting you when the losses mount up. In fact they are covering themselves. I don't mind a game even where the odds favor the house 60/40. This is honestly nearer 95% in their favor. Avoid.

This is a scamming site, I sign up to genting casino for a bonus offer. I deposited £20 and should have got another £20 money added to my account which didn't happen. I Messaged them and they said it was a management decision that I won't get the bonus. I asked multiple times for the reason behind why I can't get the bonus and they won't give an answer.

Trying to send documents very difficult don't normally have problems they let you add monies but not withdraw no contact no for help monies just sitting their waiting to be withdrawn I think this company is a bit of con

I have a pending withdrawal of £2800. They asked me to send in proof through for the PayPal I used which I did via email… 5 days ago. And it’s now 5 days without reply! Live chat isn’t live chat as no one ever responds. Does anyone know how to get through to them? I fear they’ll just never respond to me!

Don't waste your time or money on them - you're not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I'm sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn't transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting 'Customer Service' is that it was 'a management decision', but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don't think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I'd bet my last 10p they won't respond to this glowing review with anything other than 'it was a management decision'. On the plus side, I discovered S*y V*g*s offer a great welcome bonus to everyone, and no wagering requirements. Still needed to provide photo and address ID, but they all do. Genting is now removed from my website Favourites, and is unlikely to be reinstated any time soon.
