I went to Genting in Blackpool, god they were hopeless , lazy as can be , the management need a good kick up the backside , it’s gone down hill fast , the service is rubbish , try elsewhere , it’s better , I would not go back if it was free , yes that bad

One of the worst casino I’ve ever been, avoid this place, go to grosvenor g casino. They are good,it’s is so nice in there and the staff and management are very polite and friendly.this is really a bad place for roulette.

Took an hour to get served a drink after a boxing match. Was with around 10 people but we all left as no one was getting served.

Nice list of slots but I have never come across a casino where every slot you play is suddenly completely dead.

They have just said I cannot withdraw my £200 winnings into the account I have registered on the site. I have sent them all the info and ID they asked for now they are saying I can’t have my winnings.
I put £100 in and they took it within seconds but when I won they won’t give it to me. We’re not talking 10’s of thousands it’s £200. Let’s see how long before/if I receive it.

Another scam slot site. Avoid at all costs. You'll rarely win anything from their slots. Some of my RTP is at less than 10%. Completely random? I don't think so. Should be illegal to offer such poor paying games. Go elsewhere.

Wagered through the requirements for one of their bonuses, then had an email to say that I was now exempt from any bonus. Waste of time and money.

It has to be said, if you are looking for a great night out you should seriously consider Genting Casino Salford.
There is always a lot going on with all your favourite games, from Roulette, Blackjack and Three Card Poker to a great 'Slots' area too.
The Poker area is always well managed with great tournaments for the experienced or not-so experienced players.
If you like good food then make sure you check out the 'Fahrenheit Restaurant' area, and pick from a very extensive menu. They do amazing 'Meal Deals' enabling you to get a 2 course or 3 course meal for a terrific set price (I HIGHLY recommend the lamb), go on treat yourself.
If you are just a bit peckish though, take a look at the Bar Menu for some great snacks. Either way, the quality of the food is always fantastic and great value for money too.
The staff are always really friendly and there are very efficient valets who will happily bring your drinks (or food) to your table. They do get very busy though so please be patient.
The Genting Salford is a such a great place to go.

Hey my fellow gambling addicts I have joined Genting casino in Nottingham and deposited £240 in total on slots which I lost and did not gain any wins or any bonus games at all. As a new user to a casino usually they give you money and allow you to win in the beginning so you can get a little jolly and then they take your money back, well in this case Genting casino in corner house did not give me anything at all, the hungry machines just drained all of my money, I tried all of the machines periodically spending £240 across all machines, tried a few games like lucky lady charm, lord of the ocean, book of rah, gave me nothing, some buttons are jammed on the machines, sometimes they slow down while spins are active as if somebody is monitoring your performance, do not bother going there, go to Alea or Grosvenoir better, bigger more fun easy wins.

I had big problems with regard to getting paid out from their online casino, it was jumping through hoop after hoop. There are far better places to play online that simply pay out the winnings when you win!

I should not have really been surprised when I visited the Genting Casino in Brighton after my horrendous online experience. It is a real back street plane with dodgy customers and even more dodgy staff. I made the mistake of winning a little and was watched like a hawk by several members of staff and the manager until I felt so uncomfortable I had to leave the table.

If you think I am being sensitive I am not! Whilst at this casino I witnessed a drunk guy win about 10k when he cashed in and asked the manager to call him a taxi he was told that he would not get a taxi as he had won enough money and the manager then pointed to the door and said that the guy could walk down the road and maybe he might be lucky and a taxi would be there. It was 4am and the guy was drunk. These people are real scum, you have been warned.
