They cannot be trusted. They apply a bonus to your account to prevent you taking your winnings. They also lied about my debit card not accepting payments and made me wait 12 days to receive my winnings.
Complete con merchants in my opinion, as it seems they will do anything to prevent paying you out.

I added 50 pound and got free 50 pound and now I have won £1800 and they said I can't withdraw until I use the £1700 of my real money balance avoid this website they will trick u it's a scam might aswel play demo and know we ain't winning appalling live chat is appalling to.

I am trying to withdraw but because of a £1.26 Bonus they randomly decided to add to my account they are not letting me withdraw £2089. Support remove this pointless bonus and let me cash out this or I will be reporting this to the gambling commission and IBAS.

I am so ragging and upset with this Genting Casino can anyone advise, or help me understand, I have hit a big win which was nearly 74.000 Pound, I have tried to withdraw my winning or even small amount, they said my account needs verification, which is I don't get it,cause I have withdrawn before ,and sent them their own confirmation email of my withdrawal, but still asking me to upload the documents again and again, uploaded as requested and still telling me its duplicate documents,I decided to spend it all,and leave 1 pence 🙄 on my balance, the funny thing and at the same time its not right for safer gambling, they let me keep spending the total amount of 74.000 without any interference nor blocking my account, eventhough I asked if I can speak to someone high,or have a call back, cause I win big 💰 money, but no-one got back to me or call me,I have all proofs and screenshot incase I need them, my question here ,can I claim against this business about the way they treated me and let me behave this way to lose it all and hating my self, I would have been very happy with this amount of money 💰 cause I win it fare and square, but they ignored me and shut me down, please advise if I can take my matter seriously further to stop them from doing what they do towards us as vulnerable customers, I am so sad and feeling depressed 😞 right now .

i have been self excluded from sister sites and also have gam stop against my name , i contacted the email address on the website to confirm ive got a gam stop against my name and also that ive been self excluded from sister sites however i was allowed to deposit still (£190 worth .

i was advised to send in details of gam stop which i did however when this was sent in they now want an email from gam stop , i logged into gam stop and sent screen shots of my information, ive emailed genting casino and not getting anything back now , i have raised this with gambling commission aswell

I love the quick and easy deposits, withdrawal is usually instant with my method of deposit ( and i mean instant), the few times it hasn't been instant, its been a few hours or the next day...

I have just had a really unfortunate incident where Support messed up and i ended up losing quite a bit of winnings due to their mistake saying i had to wager my bonus before withdrawing... However, once it was explained fully and clearly they escalated it, looked into it for me, and i have indeed been given a refund...

Most casinos would have simply brushed me off and not given me the funds im sure....

Joined last night, won some money and cashed out to PayPal at 8pm
This morning 8am money was in my account- no trouble at all - even got a courtesy call to ask how my first experience was.
I was really concerned with reading the reviews after i withdrew the money but I needn’t have worried. Hope the good service continues

Lure you in the bonuses, makes it impossible for you to withdraw. Big scam disguised as a casino. Avoid at all cost.

I won quite a bit of money yes they required evidence and it did take some time to process the chat isn’t great but they do eventually get back to you!
But my money is now in my account via wire transfer. If you provide the evidence they require you will be able to withdraw no problem.

I have been gambling for many years at Bournemouth Genting Casino whenever I was in Poole
My last visit was on 24th July 2022

I lost over £1000 that night
When I tried to use my player reward points for the first time, I was not able to redeem it

The staff present tried and said no points were rearmed or given even though I have used my card while playing and lost over a grand

He knew I lost a lot as he was watching me gambled and getting me drinks throughout the night till closing time

The staff then suggested that I go back the next morning to check as sometimes points earned were not credited straight away

I told him that I was going back to London in the morning

He said that maybe no points was on my card yet because I live in London and that the points might take longer to be put into my membership card

He suggested that I checked it out in Genting Casino in London

I went to Genting in Chinatown on 28th July 2022

The staff checked my membership card and said no points were given

He then checked it again when I told him I was gambling and lost over £1000 on 24th July in Bournemouth branch and also have not claimed any points since I joined many years ago

He then checked again and found out that I was issued a temporary membership card and so will not receive any reward points whenever I played at Genting

I have been playing for many years and had not known I was not receiving any points or considered a full member of Genting

He also stated that I should have been told to bring in my ID so that I can be a full member

Why was I not told that my membership card was a temporary card?
Why didn’t they asked me to bring my ID to update to a full member?

All these years I have been gambling and not receiving reward points is not fair and very upsetting

I don’t gamble at the London Genting Casino as there is no available slot machines whenever I visited

Bournemouth Genting has more machines and I was always able to play straight away when I was there

I think Bournemouth Genting Casino owed me an apology and to put right all the reward points I rightfully earned in the past years to date, as a goodwill gesture

Please note that I have wrote in the Resolver only to be told that they only dealt with online customers of Genting only

Absolute con, they let you deposit no problem but when you want to make a withdrawal they ask for documents, you upload the documents and wait for an email to say they are been verified, once you receive the email and try to withdraw, you still can’t withdraw they still ask for the same documents that you have already sent and have already been verified, they ignore your emails and their live chat is a joke, it’s a machine and you type your message which they say they will respond within 6 hours but don’t. Please do not waste your money on this site because they probably won’t pay you out if you win. They will make you continuously keep logging in to see if you can withdraw until you lose your money. This is the worse site I have ever used. I deeply regret not reading the reviews on them before I was depositing.

Deposited €20 and was given a bonus that I didn’t want. Trying to get it removed currently and finding it near impossible to contact these. I would advise to stay away if possible. An absolute scam if you ask me. Making everything so difficult to do and doing everything in their power to hold onto your money. Scam artists
