Gentlevan removals made our move so easy, they arrived and managed to empty our house in 2 hours then when we arrived at the new house it wasn’t much longer than 2 and we had unloaded.

Moving home at anytime to anywhere can be stressful, when you're moving to another Country that stress can be huge, I have to say that Victoria and the Team were excellent, loads of contact all the way form start to finish, packed when they said they would and arrived when they planned to, and handled everything with care, I certainly recommend them for any move 👍🏻

Victoria kept us up to date with all the admin we needed to know about, and the packing and loading guys were excellent - they really took care of our belongings and were very conscientious. From initial contact, to the packing day and the move day; she and the team were on hand to answer any questions and ensure that the move was seamless... On the 2 days for the packing and transporting the team worked flat out... and I do mean flat out! They knew what they were doing and they got on with it. Checking in with us to tell and making suggestions, nothing was too much trouble and they didn't leave until they knew we were completely happy.
I would certainly recommend Gentlevan, and if I ever had the inclination to move again... Victoria would be my first 'port of call'.

We were very fortunate to pick up a cancellation slot at short notice. Victoria arranged everything very quickly and provided good communication. The removal team arrived on time and ran everything like clockwork and with no issues nor damages. Although not the cheapest of the quotes we had Gentlevans earned every penny. How they work this hard day in day out is unbelievable! I would highly recommend them.

Victoria quoted and explained the process in full. Went ahead and the whole move was brilliant. The moving guys were all friendly and professional. Sofas and mattress in protective bags, carpet protectors everywhere, the lorry was clean and tidy etc.

We have used Gentlevan Removals twice now and have been really happy both times. The employees who pack and move you are always very professional, they are very careful with belongings and always ask questions as to what you would like them to do, where you would like your things placing etc. They are incredibly professional, hardworking and they are happy to have a bit of a laugh and a joke which made the days go by a bit easier - moving can be stressful but they make is so much easier.
Victoria in the office is also extremely professional and helpful. Always answers any queries promptly and tries her best to accommodate your needs. We have no hesitation in recommending them! We also used their storage facilities - all our household contents were in storage for nearly a month and everything came back to us in the same condition it left us.

The careful attention to survey resulted in a precise quote and a cheerful trio of gentlemen arrived early with two big vans, they got everything to the destination by the afternoon. Very good communication with office; if after hours, an email would be answered promptly the next day. Reassuring, helpful and professional.
