Great company from start to finish . Excellent communication throughout, worked around the bank holiday situations both in Uk and France. Picked up contents of three bedroom house from storage, no need to be present and safely delivered to France. Very competitive on price and all large items and chairs individually wrapped in padding and blankets. Arrived when they said they would and worked like troopers to unload in France. Would use again if the need arises

Gentlevan moved us from Chacombe to Banbury in February. They were professional, prompt, polite and took great care of our belongings. We would certainly use them again.

What a great team. Victoria in the office. Peter and Zsolt in the lorries. They were ahead of their schedules in transport from Spain to Lincolnshire. The pick up was efficient, Peter and Zsolt were extremely polite and helpful, packed the posessions into the transport with care. At the drop off the storage company rep told me he had never seen anything like it. Zsolt did the delivery, the rep said he was careful with all the possessions and the storage company trolleys, pascked the unit with care, thorough in ensuring all items were checked off and delivered.

Excellent service. Packed and moved my mother from Derbyshire to Warwick. Victoria is efficient and pleasant with the admin. We had a video survey prior to moving which was easy. On the day, they arrived punctually, and were totally professional in caring for all belongings and furniture that were being moved, and covering carpets whilst moving around. Polite and easy to talk to. I am delighted to be able to recommend them.

Thank you so much Imra and all the team. Through no fault of our own there was a significant delay in being able to move us into our new property, but the lads waited patiently whilst liaising directly with the other moving company. I would advise to take the insurance cover for delayed handover of keys, as we did.
The team stayed well after expected working hours to move us in. All through the process, what made this move easy was not only the organision abilities of the team but the fact that they carried out the work with good humour even though some of our pieces of furniture were rather challenging.

Gentlevan helped us move from Banbury to Burton-on-Trent in late January 2024. We first contacted them mid-December and Victoria stayed in touch with us weekly - every week it seemed we were given a new potential date. We really appreciated Victoria’s patience, kindness, and professionalism, and luckily they had availability when we finally got a date at the eleventh hour (thank you so much for your flexibility with the deadlines).

Attila, Zsolt, and Imra (who did our initial survey) were down to earth, friendly, quick, conscientious, and professional. Special mats and carpet covers were used in both properties for which we were very grateful. They had an endless supply of blankets and covers, and the moving wardrobes were a godsend. They asked us about items/boxes when they weren’t 100% sure, put everything where we wanted it to go, and just generally went the extra mile. And they were, in fact, gentle with everything!

Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend.

Side note for those considering the optional fees, get the Late Key Waiver - the peace of mind is so worth it!

Moving home is stressful enough but trying to get some service from removal companies can be quite hard!
Just getting quotes can be a struggle , so I wanted to at least give a strong recommendation to Gentlevan Removals.
From the very beginning Victoria came back to me the same day to arrange a survey of my belonging and what would be needed. Promptly the chap turned up for the appointment and following a walkthrough. I then received an email with a full quote.
I’m sorry to say from the other 5 companies I contacted, it was hard work and only one other got in touch with me
As I was self packing they dropped up enough packing material and boxes, so we could get everything ready for the big move, On the day I was greeted by three great chaps Peter, Imre and Emil , who were not only amazing and extremely polite but went out of there way asking if we needed any help moving things on our arrival.
