It's a daunting business moving holiday home contents to Spain especially when trying to find a good removals company. I selected Gentlevan Removals as they were by far the most pleasant to deal with from the very first contact through to the final delivery in Spain. Really friendly staff across the board. I would highly recommend this company.

Gentlevan removed possessions from the house in the UK and after a little time in storage, delivered them to the new home in southern France this week.
The whole team has been courteous, careful and considerate. Nothing has been damaged. Their communication throughout, from quote to customs has been reassuringly professional.
Have already highly recommended them to friends and family.

I initially had a positive impression of GentleVan's part load service due to their prompt customer service. However, my experience took a turn when I encountered significant issues. Just a few days before the scheduled pick-up, I was notified that their truck couldn't access my location, resulting in my exclusion from the October route. Despite resolving the access problem swiftly, my items still got excluded from the scheduled shipment.

What frustrated me the most was the lack of response to my emails, calls, and attempts to negotiate a solution. This lack of communication led to my decision to cancel the service, even though I forfeited my deposit. While I believe their actual moving service might be good, the poor customer service experience I had ultimately deterred me from continuing with GentleVan.

Gentlevan are fantastic. I had a huge sofa taken in and out of my flat. It was so large that the front door had to be taken off and replaced - which they did faultlessly on both occasions, with professionalism and skill. They even let me know when they were planning to be in London on another job, so that I could benefit from a reduced 'part load' van rate. Cannot rate this company highly enough!

Gentlevan moved me for the third time in the summer and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I always go back to them because they make the whole process stress free and are so helpful and friendly. It’s not often you get such good service and at a good price. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I am so grateful to them! Wouldn’t use anyone else

The Gentleman team were amazing. I moved from a 2nd floor flat to another 2nd floor flat and had a lot of boxes it didn't seem to phase them at all. They wrapped furniture up to protect it and used carpet covering to protect flooring. Even after the long day up and down stairs they asked if i wanted any furniture moving before they left. The box pick up service was very prompt as well. Thank you would highly recommend

Gentlevans offer a very professional and helpful service. The communication was excellent, everything was packed and loaded with care and all arrived at the other end in good order. They worked exceptionally hard throughout (we had a large move!) and never complained once, everything was done was a smile. I would highly recommend them.

Superb service. Big family moving to a 5 bed property so plenty of furniture etc.

We cannot praise Gentlevan removals enough! From the moment we contacted them for a quote until the time the 2 chaps left our new home it was the best service. Victoria was always responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. Peter who came to do the quote was very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble and answered all my questions and queries as we had never used a removal company before. The boxes arrived along with ample amounts of wrapping paper, bubble wrap and tape. Then if we didn't think it could get better it definitely did....on the morning of our move, Peter and Joe arrived and were amazing all day and went above and beyond to move all our belongings, safely and considerately in a very timely manner with the greatest respect and with a lovely happy, polite manner. The whole company have made moving so much easier with their lovely business. Would highly recommend! Thank you Gentlevan we shall always be thankful!

Everything was fantastic - we only gave one day notice before booking and they were very accommodating. The van arrived on time (despite a long journey and battling London rush hour traffic!) and the removers were incredibly efficient, especially in dealing with one large piece of furniture that barely fit out of our front door! Everyone we spoke to - both removers and office staff - were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

We were so impressed with the service we received from Gentlevan. From start to finish they were polite, professional, efficient, prompt, methodical and couldn't have been more helpful. Moving house is stressful enough but these people take the stress out of moving day, they are absolutely brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Whaaaat? Couldn't beleve my eyes. The guys moved a upright piano into my home, i thought no way they would get it through the front of my house, the hall is a tight angle, but they did, no damage, or mess, fast , efficient, polite, i have no hesitation in recommending gentlevan removals.

The care and attention to detail you displayed before, during and after the move has been outstanding and the way you all made it so effortless really made the move an easy one.

I moved 2 days ago. Gentlevan were so considerate and went above and beyond. The look around for the quote was on time and quick. On the day, the 2 removal men were very helpful and courteous, recommending a last look around which turned out to be necessary. At the other end I asked for a couple of items to be shuffled into different places and nothing was too much trouble. I'm very glad I booked them. Worth every penny!

Gentlevan Removals were excellent. Our arranged removal company could not accommodate our change in removal date and Gentlevan stepped in. We had to move out one day and move in 4 days later and they handled the moves without any problems. The office staff and the removal team were all professional and friendly.
