the no.1 worst i ever tried...this worst i complete the survey for more than 20-30 miuntes but at the end the points not add..

I diligently uploaded my data every night. I continued to receive reward points. At the end of the time for the survey. I had achieved maximum points. I then cashed these in and received web vouchers. Whilst this was a little confusing to redeem. I redeemed them and spent the proceeds. I like how you can nominate who you want to redeem them through. I liked it so much I signed up for a second term. I highly recommend GFK.

All my emails have been ignored regarding £30 worth of web vouchers which I haven't received for doing their surveys. Avoid surveys from GfK.

I did a GFK survey through surveeo which was extremely long. When I got near the end the survey just came to a blank page saying something was not available and I did not get any payment. I have written to their email given on their site for survey problems with no reply to solve the problem. Stay away from these people.

I had been diligently completing the monthly surveys sent to me until I earned 3000 points. I redeemed them, which was for a £30 voucher, but it never came. I wrote to them EIGHT times and received no response, nor did I receive the voucher I had earned. I will be pursuing this with an ombudsman as they are practicing unlawfully.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE SIGNED UP TO THESE AND HAD MY ACCOUNT CLOSED.

The most common reasons for quality failures are:
1) 'nil viewing/listening,' is where you haven't watched or listened to a program from our qualifying channels for a period of 42 days,
2) consistently selecting the same value response (score between 1-10) when rating multiple programmes in the daily survey or
3) selecting and rating an excessive number of TV programmes a day.
Each issue needs to occur consistently over an extended period of time before being classified as a quality failure. You may not feel that you have done anything wrong and we do understand this, but we need to employ stringent quality measures to maintain the validity of data collected.
Your current membership has been closed and as such you have forfeited your rights to redeem any outstanding points. All points redeemed into vouchers but not spent before the closure, will be honoured.

Survey's often scam you, customer support makes up some weird claim to justify it.

I had a bad experience with their radio diary survey via Octopus Surveys, who are usually really good to deal with. This survey was one where you have to collate all the radio listened to and times. I completed the full week, then went to do the final short survey and they blocked me from doing it. Not too pleased at all. Such a waste of precious time.

It’s a scam they ask you to do something and you’ll get nothing in return. Gfk is a scam.

Don't waste your time with this survey site. Account deleted without warning and any rewards lost. Scam.

The people on the phone i asked to remove me from the system were friendly but i don't trust them because they could have just said my information has been deleted and have not deleted and judging from the one star reviewa

Bull Sh#t Scam Website. You complete a survey and they don't give any reward. They steal all your data. Stay away from any of there sh#tty serveys.

Recently the site has had a lot of "technical issues" which means you get odd messages like "bad request". Today it told me to REGISTER; I have been doing their Media Reviews for at least 12 years !! They eventually acknowledge by email saying they are working on it, but it is a slow process. They should have a telephone number as it is disappointing to suddenly be denied access. I have built up over £30 towards a Shopping Voucher and now I don't know what will happen. I notice that they do not reply on Trustpilot, I think that they should at least explain to people what the problems are, it looks bad for GfK that they ignore complaints.

someone come to my door and keep telling me this is government survey. sound very fishy. ask for phone number, how many ppl live in the house at 7pm. How dare use government name for own benefit and keep telling me you can join $1000 lucky draw.

GFK is a cheat. I spent over 30 minutes on a survey and on the last part after i submitted final answer, it keeps on lingering and later stated "Bad Request" That is cheating. All other browsers were working which indicated it was not a network issue

The Company is totally devoid of Ethics and Integrity. Very Unsafe Workplace and no concern for it being Unsafe

They litterally steal our money
So i always get disqualifed from this site. It's fine until today, i got qualified to a phone survey and i completed it 100% then i saw the "Thank you for completing survey page" then i got redirected and they said im not qualifed :)

Steal my time by disqualifying me after a survey is over on their smoke or vape panel

It is a trap system that trap the users. I suggest and recommend, not to use this scam system. I tried to get help from gfk Customer support (+44 7308 573574)but did not get help. I could not withdraw my money back. So it is just wastage of time and money on this trap system.

SCAM COMPANY, YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY, DON'T GET FOOLED INTO IT. Honestly if i could give them a 0 i would. They took 90k from me and refused to release my money and still asking for another 36k to release my funds. Scam! I had to get legal courts involved! Do not fall for it!
