I would give no points if possible. Do not sign up, after completing numerous television surveys and building up points and vouchers they send an email stating my account has been closed and I am not invited to the vouchers. Total scam, they should be closed down immediately!!!

This company is a scam or they are supporting scammers who are using the company platform, or they are protecting scammers. According to the Companies House a number of directors have resigned which is suggesting foul play.I lost over £5000 and this is now investigated by the Fraud Investigation Bureau. Please be careful if you are dealing with this company.

They seem to have a strategy to obtain lots of information from you, but not to give you rewards. I entered a survey, answered questions for 3-4 minutes (questions included which brand of car, which brand of XXX do you know; which brand do you prefer/trust etc.). After taking all this time, I suddenly received the message "you are not eligible for this survey". That's cheating.

I received 26 emails in the one week I had an account at gFk media.

It hounded me every single day. I am glad to have unsubscribed and closed my account with them.

I can only reaffirm the latest comments posted here. Been doing these surveys for years only to find I can no longer log in and emails ignored. Good luck to anyone still using this site, I think you are going to need it.

If I could give less than zero stars I would...... I have been doing these surveys for so many years then suddenly I try to log into my account to redeem points. The account says my password is incorrect- even though this is the same password I have used for a long time. I tried resetting it, with no luck. Contacted customer services several times, heard nothing back. Complete scam! Complete waste of time! Avoid!

I'm the same as other recent reviews. I did manage to use all my points by entering draws and you could 5 different ones and enter as many times as you like in a day. I have won gift cards several times over the years. Now the change, started at zero and earned 1700 points, 1500 i could exchange for a voucher, tried it and like someone else never got the email code. Then stopped receiving daily reminders. Emailed help desk but got no response and if try and login with correct details says its wrong information. Don't know what's happened but never mind one less survey to take each day.

I've been doing surveys with this company for over a year now,suddenly I have stopped receiving daily surveys, for no apparent reason, sent them loads of emails asking why
With no response, so stay clear complete waste of time rubbish!

I have been doing the surveys for a while and only won once, in the first few weeks then nothing. When looking at the winners list every week the same names so I guess no one wins
Then they change so now you earn points to get gift cards. So just as I am close to getting a pay out...BAM my account is closed and blocked.....Very Suspicious, AND no response to emails......DON'T BOTHER THEY ARE SCAMMERS, waste of time. Much better survey sites that payout better

After many years they changed the system recently giving less than 2 weeks to use my 200,000 points in their weekly lottery. Lots of spam emails about the change saying the same thing, no clear guidance on the new system and advising to contact their support centre which was shut for the day!

Just tried to claim a £1 voucher and told they had sent a verification code - nothing received by email or phone.

They can do better but until then I'm stopping wasting my time and recommend others avoid them at this time.

If I could give them zero stars I would. A membership of a decade and they gave maybe a couple of weeks to redeem my 400k points via points draw entries before massively reducing the points you could gain. It was IMPOSSIBLE to do this with only two draws to enter, especially as you can only enter once at a time. They will not reinstate these points, and the new changes make the site utterly pointless - too much effort for not enough reward. I am totally betrayed and disgusted.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I have been diligently completing surveys for years and they sent me 1 unclear email letting me know they were changing the system. They have now changed to a “new” system and deleted over 300,000 points I had gained for completing these surveys. When I contacted customer support they said we told you about it so tough. Disgusting customer service and a complete waste of time AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

My name is sohrab mesbah. I used incogni to remove my unwanted data on web. Incogni asked many brokers and also gfk to remove my persoal data. Unfortunately gfk is the only one that refused to do that. Their behavoiur is not legal, so be careful about this company.I am forced to have lawyer to do legal action against gfk, I have no other choice because gfk refused my request illegally.

Today I got an email from GfKmediaview saying they are changing their format on 12 June. Any points accrued & not used in the Prize Draw will be cancelled and not transferred to the new system. Avoid this company.

Violates data protection laws. They unlawfully retaliate by storing the data in deletion requests that must only be used to delete corresponding data.
They even have the audacity to threaten their misconduct in an email.

like everyone else who has posted on this site, the chance of winning on GFK is non existent, i gave up after a year, AVOID !!

Not the best survey site - especially don't like the fact that points accrued go to 'Prize Draws' rather than just cash.

It also doesn't recognise AppleTV+ so lots of days I don't register any programs at all.

Other surveys (apart from TV/Radio) just pop up at random... doesn't give you any idea beforehand of how long they'll be or how may points you'll receive for completion.

IMHO .YLive! gives the most "bang for buck" re: survey rewards.

I have regularly completed surveys for years for them about the tv and radio programmes I watch and listen to. I have just started commenting on Netflix programmes as they have recently asked us to do that. Now they have decided my answers aren’t good enough and have ended my membership. I can only say how I feel about something. Did they expect me to write a story about a show or tell lies about it? They have gone down hill since I first joined. Don’t wast your time with them.
