I diligently uploaded my data every night. I continued to receive reward points. At the end of the time for the survey. I had achieved maximum points. I then cashed these in and received web vouchers.... See more

I've been using this for years every day. Today suddenly out of the blue I receive this .
Your current membership has been closed and as such you have forfeited your rights to redeem any outstanding points.
This website stole all my info details…
This website stole all my info details phone number address name date of birth and more then said I had been disqualified before I even finished the registration only thing I was thinking is I put my ethnicity or its a scam what are they doing with all my info. Edit from 1min ago my first email after writing this was a congrats you've won 1000 pound voucher yeah right already trying to give my details away
Not worth the effort
Have been doing the surveys for over five years and regularly entered their draws but never won a penny. Basically you spend quite a bit of time for no reward. Have decided to leave
They were ok, but are not
They were ok, but after the regional manager changed, it all went down the toilet...
Used to be good
Used to be good now impossible to earn any money with £2 in 6 months despite doing the surveys every single day
Be wary of GFK.
As soon as I see a GFK survey pop up I wonder whether to delete it. I've known surveys that claim max 20 minutes & over an hour later I'm still struggling to finish it! Also I just completed a 20 minute survey mainly about kitchen appliances. This time though I can't remember what time I started I think it went somewhat over that. I didn't mind that, but as soon as I finished it told me something had gone wrong, didn't direct me back to Swagbucks dashboard & so surprise surprise no reward. Really annoyed, especially as since Covid 19 I've barely had any surveys from anyone. Just totally wasting my time. I'd have taken a screenshot but that'd take up even more time.
I have used this survey-panel a lot LEGITIMATE SITE NO SCAM
I have used this survey-panel a lot over the years. It is a legitimate site and no scam.
You collect reward points for the surveys you complete.
I have done TV/Radio and also Smoking & Vape surveys so far.
I have won a few times now and The wins are very easy to claim. I have been given a list of retailers where I can claim these rewards on. So Far I would like the list to be extended on where my winnings can be spent. But am sure over time this will happen. Highly recommend

This company is a scam. They don't let you log in. Also they definitely spoof addresses. I blocked them from my email guess what I still get emails from them. Don't use them. I changed my password multiple times and I still get wrong credential. They purposefully do this. They money greedy. If especially they have Trustpilot account that is monthly payment they will remove this
Poor Rewards
I have been doing this for over 8 years have over a million points I have only missed 4 days within that time all due their site being down They expect you to be at their beck and call but give nothing If their website goes down they blame you Poor customer service
Nothing in return for your time!
I’ve been completing the MediaView surveys every day without fail for quite some time. I swap my points for entries into the weekly prize draws & have seen what I thought was my name twice in the relevant sections of the draw but then received nothing. I’ve emailed to check but was given a very vague if you don’t receive an email from us you haven’t won response. As they don’t print your respondent number you have no way of checking if it’s just someone with the same name or if you are being misled so it seems very unfair. When you give up time daily & unlike other surveys where at least you receive something for your trouble it does seem this firm get an awful lot of data without paying for it.
I’ll definitely be moving away from this firm & spending my time on something else. Avoid if you don’t want to give up your time & receive nothing back!!
I’ve won.
Have been doing tv and radio surveys since 5th March, have been entering the draws for the eVouchers for the last three or four weeks, using my survey points.
Noticed my name was with the £15 winners. Waited a week for my confirmation didn’t get one. Thought I’d read some reviews to see if people actually win. Having read these reviews my hopes were dashed, I expected to be told that I had not won but someone with the same name had.
I sent a message asking about my possible win. Got a reply the next day saying congratulations on your win it might take another week. My winning pass code arrived the next day, I’m so pleased.
Seems to be that once you get close to…
Seems to be that once you get close to the 2500 points you need to be paid in cash, that they send no more surveys. Have been waiting for over 3 months now for a survey so I can claim. They did reply once to say not all surveys are relevant to me but none in 3 months. I do not believe it. If I ever receive another survey and can claim my 2500 points I will cancel as soon as I have been paid.
terrible
terrible
be careful they suddenly close your account, and you lose all your points, not worth the risk
Don't always pay.
I work for multiple mystery shopping companies, and GfK is the only one which has refused to pay me for minor points which were beyond my control. They look for any excuse not to make payment and it is difficult to reach customer service. The only mystery shopping company I would strongly recommend against using.
What a scam
What a scam. Complete waste of time. I have supposed to have won a voucher but never received it. Emails re the non payment are not answered. Whatever you do ignore this total website there are much better panels online who don't rip you off.
Will cut you off with no explanation
I have been completing the surveys for well over 5 years, sometimes got reward vouchers for places like Amazon when I won and they were in stock. A week ago I noticed no new daily survey, go to sign in and check on the website why my details were coming up as incorrect; I emailed them and got a reply a few hours later telling me I had been removed from the panellists, and to check the terms and conditions, no other explanation. Poor reward for years of daily service to them.
Please do not join survey sites
Please do not join survey sites. They all have bad reviews from people who have wasted hours and hours and hours of their life, for No or next to No Reward whatsoever.
My opinion on the matter is that people should deliberately spoil the information that these companies are harvesting and making a lot of money from. I have been doing this when I'm bored.
Their check bounced
My daughter got paid for a survey but the check bounced. Beware
Dont bother
Please dont waste your time, ive filled out tv surveys virtually every day for 7-8 months and entered competitions with big blocks of tickets, and never had a thing, not £1 won. Rubbish!. Also when you look at the winner listings, all the names around where you would hope to see yours(yeah ok) look very familiar!.
TOTAL WASTE OF ANYONES TIME..
Been doing the GFK media review surveys for some considerable time, all to no avail, never won a thing except for £1 in all the years I have done them. Built up some amount of considerable points enter draw after draw never win a thing, than all of a sudden they DELETE the whole account and email me stating "we regularly review our panel members and we have decided I am no longer eligible to continue with them"!!!
Was angry, but nothing ever happened positive about it, IT IS ALL A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME IN MY OPINION AVOID AS ALL THE TIME PUT IN WITH THEM IS A WASTE OF TIME. YOU will never win anything significant ever.
