In my opinion, girlznight have got it just right, I recently had to return a few items and it was handled speedily- an email to alert me they had received the package, and then that they were refunding me.
I really enjoy the discounts and promotions running throughout the year, their weekly email updates with the latest styles are in perfect easy reading format and designed to catch your eye.

The site is easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable. The product lines are constantly updated.

Try it for a browse, it will most certainly hook you in!

girlznight is one such online retailer that can save you a lot of time looking for a variety of hair & beauty products, some of which aren’t that easy to find on the high street and some of which when you do find them are ridiculously overpriced. Now I’m not going to claim to be an expert on purchasing hair & beauty products from girlznight as I have only used the online shop a couple of times but my aim is to provide you with my honest 1st impressions of this one stop shop for hair & beauty products.


VERDICT - girlznight is a nice, clean, easy to use site that provides premium hair & beauty products at very competitive pricing with lots of additional features such as their salon & magazine sections. I can’t complain about the delivery service as it was very good and I have had no reason to contact girlznight about any aspect of my shopping experience. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to save a few pennies on hair & beauty products.

There was a problem with my order as I think it got lost in the post but I assume that was it Royal Mails fault! When I phoned the sales team, they were very polite and immediately sent me some new ones :-) and they arrived the next day! Thanks girlznight! Would definitely reccommend! Your ghd straighteners are probably the cheapest about as well and they're definitely genuine! I love ghd! I'll never go back to the cheaper brands..these are by far the best on the market! My hair felt lovely after I used them and didn't need straightening a second time in the day like I used to have to! Thanks girlznight!

I've ordered from girlznight a few times now and the service they provide is excellent.

They have a wide range of shampoos, conditioners etc, and the prices are always really good and delivery is always very fast. I've always received my orders within 3 - 4 days of placing my order, even though I've only ever used the standard delivery option, so I wouldn't need to ever use the more expensive delivery options. Also, on the rare occasions I returned something girlznight refunded my money very quickly so their returns service is very impressive as well.

I can highly recommend girlznight and they continue to be one of my preferred choices for ordering shampoos and conditioners over the internet

Thoroughly impressed with my first purchase, the site looks good, there are some great things to buy. The products range from innovative to bespoke, its great value and great quality and i'm absolutely impressed with the whole process.

My american crew fiber arrived the second day after purchase, it was in a small box with lots of padding but I was impressed at the speed of delivery as I only made the order at 11pm and it was there 2 days later. Delivery was efficient and there was a receipt in the box too.

I would use girlznight again and will do now i'm aware of them, there are some great things to buy here and I really recommend you check them out, i'll write a seperate review on the american crew fibre once i've given it a go!

I hadn't heard of girlznight before, so was a little nervous in ordering from them.

I finally decided to take the plunge and order ghds. I had a fairly good search on Google and they had mixed reviews. But they exceeded my expectations. I had an email to confirm my order was received, and first thing the next morning I had another email to confirm the item had been sent out.

It arrived in just three working days, wrapped very safely. The actual product was in perfect condition and exactly what I ordered.
So in summary: Highly recommended! There are absolutely no complains from me.

Be very careful buying from this company, I ordered GHD straightners for my sister, money was taken out within 2 days but straightners still hadn't arrived after 3 WEEKS, my sister and I sent email after email to this company and we kept getting the same response, "we have recently changed couriers and we are having a few problems", so we gave them the benefit of the doubt but after 3 1/2 weeks we phoned them and the customer service person apologised and said that they had definately sent them through the post (2nd class)!!!! We then left it a few days and phoned them back again as still no straightners, they then said they would send them AGAIN but this time through DHL, so at last today we received the straightners but there was no thermal spray that was supposed to be with the order, apparently that item will soon follow!! Hope iam not waiting.

I have only purchased once from girlznight but I was completely satisfied with my purchase! What I bought was a lip balm and some ghd straighteners earlier this year. The products arrived within a few days - so it was fairly fast. It arrived in a box to hold it all, and the box you could tell hadn't been bashed around as it was in perfect condition. The postage was only £3.95 which was good for the size of my order - many online sites would charge £4.95

I've only recently discovered girlznight and am kicking myself for not finding it sooner. I simply discovered this website by typing in the product I wished to purchase in Google. Girlznight was one of the first links to appear, and showed the price at wish they were offering the product, beside the link. At this point, I had never heard of them before, and was unaware as to what other products they offer. Advantages: Huge selection of products not available in the shops, free delivery, discounted prices. Disadvantages: Postage times can vary :(

girlznight offers a terrific range of products for hair from brands such as Fudge, Tigi, American Crew, Paul Mitchell and ghd to name a few. The site is clear, consise and easy to navigate. It does great special offers and discounts so it is well worth a look

Ordered ghd hair straighteners on thursday morning and got them on first thing on today. Didn't expect to get my order so quick, however it arrived via courrier. The ghd also came with a free thermal protector and free delivery. Couldn't of asked for more, well unless the product was free. Would definately use them again

I found the site very informative and easy to navigate. When buying ghds (hair straighteners) for myself not only did they come the very next day, but the P&P was free! As far I as I could tell, they had the lowest price on the web. Would really recommend this site to anyone that wants to buy top quality salon products at great prices. Will use again very soon (this time for myself)!!

I ordered a ghd from them since ghd had this company listed as a certified seller. They took the money out of my account and a week later still no product! So I called them and they said it should be there in a few days. So I waited until after the weekend to call again. They then told me that it had only been shipped on the Thursday before so to give it 5-7 business days before they would do anything (they did thank me for my patience). So again I waited, and again I was disappointed!!!! Sooooo I called again, and the man discovered he had actually sent the ghd to America where my billing address was instead of my residence in the UK!!!! I got frustrated and just said ok and goodbye.... My parents are in the US right now so I figured they could bring it over when they visited. Well to my surprise I recieved my ghd in the mail, shipped by DHL overnight 5 weeks after I placed my order. Very annoying, but after much persistence I managed to get it. They do have some of the cheapest prices, so if you want to order from them don't be afraid to complain!!!! Also sometimes when I called the call either never went through OR it would just ring and ring and ring and no one would pick up.

Exactly the same as the above person. Ordered some GHDs. Money came out straight away, but that was 3 weeks ago, and still no hair straighteners. They had better have a damn good excuse, or I'll just get my money back. Fortunately I paid using credit card, so my cc company will sort it for me. DO NOT USE GIRLZNIGHT, THEY ARE AWFUL!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Me and my friend have order straighter’s on the 1st May, expecting to have received these by now. Still have not got these and its now the 25th May. Have called many of times, and got the same response as other people on this website. There currently with a courier or they have been misplaced in the post ect ect ect! Very excuses! I then cancelled the order, was awaiting for a cancellation email and nothing received. No surprise there! Called the company back, and they have still NOT cancelled my order and promised to ship my straighter the next day. Still have NOT received anything!!!!

This company do not know the meaning of the words 'good customer service'. I ordered GHD straightners four weeks ago, and have been fobbed off with excuses such as; 'they were lost in the post' or 'theyre with a courier'. They took the money as soon as I placed the order and I am still waiting. I contacted them this morning, and demanded a full refund. If i do no recieve it within the week im contacting trading standards. Theyre an absolute joke.
DO NOT USE. Stay away!!

Ordered GHD straigtners from Girlznight two weeks ago still waiting nothing recieved, my account was debited two days after placing order payed extra for next day delivery too!!

Have tried emailing and ringing but no success, I would advice everyone to stay clear from this site as they are out to con you!

Boy do I wish I'd read these reviews before "attempting to buy" or should I say handing over the money but getting nothing back in return!!!. Ive been fobbed off twice with different stories, yes the one about trying to post and being returned by the post office - if thats the case why wasnt I informed especially as it was meant to have been a week prior to my phone call!!! The first call being told that stock was awaited hence the delay - then why does the website say in stock - Whats the problem with being honest and telling the truth for once - shocking customer service and a company which I definately would not recommend to anyone. If I have problems in obtaining my money back then please be assured that I will take the appropriate steps for this to happen. No one takes the mick out of me!!!!!

I ordered GHDs over 2 weeks ago on a 2-3 delivery and still no straighteners. I have been fobbed off with excuses and told the first set they sent me (!?!) were lost in the post. First I heard of that, and the replacement ones they sent have already been delivered to me. The courier most certainly did not deliver them to me and has stuffed up somewhere along the line. Girlznight however, are not bothered as as far as they are concerned the straighteners have gone to my address. Since there is a proof of delivery they do not care. I asked them to send them to me at work and wouldn't agree to that and insisted on sending them to my home address even though I am at work and so now it seems that someone has fraudualently taken my straighteners. They are not bothered in the least it seems. A rude woman who answers there seemed to imply I was lying!!! Never ever use this site. The only reason I used it was because the GHD official site said they were reputable!
