Ordered GHD at a total cost of £ 111.45 but they charged my account £ 1,111,45 - that is £ 1,000 more !!

I know paymentsystems and it is not possible to charge £ 1,000 more by mistake - the payment transaction is done electronically so the payment have been changed manually!

Need I to add that the goods never arrived!

Ordered a pair of GHDs from this firm, Delivery was due in 3days, 1 week later nothing. Phone the company they said another pair on the way they must of got lost. Another week goes by and still nothing, this time when i phone its due to "the volcanic ash cloud" when i ordered them the website said "in stock" really starting to take the mick now! Yet again give it 3 more days and they will be there. Guess what????? No GHDs! Again tried fobbing me off with the volcanic ash cloud. This time i cancelled my order and they said they would give me a refund. Now the fun really starts no refund! Eventually after getting in touch with citizens advice and trading standards i get my money back!

Note too all, I am pretty sure the people who have rated these as a 5 star company when leaving reviews are the actual staff and the director himself. If you read the names of the reviewers there is a person called Gerard Maguire and Gerry. Funny this when the director of the company that i dealt with was called Gerry Maguire!
Save yourself the hassle and purchase elsewhere!

Ordered some straightners for the girlfriends birthday and paid for next day delivery. week later still nothing, so after hundreds of calls of just an engaged tone (seams like they have one phone and one person working there) i finally get someone who tells me will look into it and call me back. Well 3 days later i call again and am told they sent it royal mail by mistake but will send another( little suspect how they just send another out just like that, im guessing it never got sent at all). Im holding my breath until it arrives which will mean its 2 weeks over do, oh and the only form of compensation-some shampoo and my delivery charge back which i bet they wont even bother sending. Rubbish company, and the worst delivery ever, why this company is on GHDs website i dont know. Not recommended as from reviews over the internet, they rarely get it right at all!

They take your money (and more than you confirmed), but you will never recieve your order! The worst experience I have ever had, buying online. I wish that no one will have to loose their money like me. DON'T BUY FROM GIRLZNIGHT!

I am in love with girlznight. Really. I can't tear myself away from their website. They have an amazing selection of hair & beauty products. The site is very easy to navigate, with helpful product descriptions and pictures. They even have a consultant who will give you a personal response to any hair/beauty questions you might have. The only problem I've had with them is promotion code(s) (though it could possibly been my fault for not putting in the code correctly) but they fixed it as soon as I got in touch. I generally receive things within two days after ordering, which is much quicker than the average online shop. They also have a fab hair salon just in the West End of Glasgow Highly recommended!

I started using girlznight nearly a year ago when I discovered that the hairdressers in village I had moved to did not sell my beloved Paul Mitchell products! Not much call for it out in the sticks apparently – but this is possibly the best outlet for designer haircare and beauty products I have come across. The homepage is a fountain of information with details of products available on the site, fantastically attractive with images and graphics, and advice on how to create the styles you want, what the stars use to tame their tresses and the latest styles and fashions for your hair and corresponding accessories. Although ultimately a site for hair products, they have developed an ever increasing range of beauty products and as you scroll down the homepage, a selection are on display to entice you (although if you are like me I don’t need much persuasion!) to have a look around.

I stumbled across girlznight only after reading about them in a magazine, and since then have used them several times. Why was I so tempted (apart from the fact I could utilise my credit card!!)…..I have very difficult hair! Seriously though, I am a bit of a shampoo snob! They sell top brands such as ghd, redken, tigi, loreal and more. Shipping is fast and items are well packed. The staff on the phone are friendly and very helpful.

On the irons I've been a devotee of GHD for many, many years, and though I've dabbled with other brands (Babyliss really excel in the straightening department) I've always returned to my trusty GHD's eventually. It takes a lot to tempt me away from this tried and tested tool, but somehow Cloud Nine managed it.

There are heat settings to choose from, which you adjust by moving a slider button up and down to the different heats, unlike the GHD scroll wheel. The heat range is 100-200°, though unless you have very fine hair, you'll generally use the top setting. The black ceramic Ion plates are very ergonomic to hold, being slightly rounded at the sides to enable a firm grip. This also makes it ideal for creating curls in the hair, as it's easier to wrap hair around the contours

It's not often you find a place where they really do put the customer first but this place is one of them. I wanted to get a new haircut and some colour put in and after looking at their website decided to go for the 3D Colour Makeover. The really nice thing about this is that it comes as a package at a fixed price (depending on what level of stylist you have) so there's no guesswork at how much it's going to cost. Before I had anything done I had to go for a 10minute consultation where they took amongst the usual stuff like name and address, details of allergies, hair type and length as well as a general idea of what I was after. While this was going on, one of the assistants put samples of the different kinds of chemicals used in the colourants behind my ears for the skin test. I went back the next day for my cut and colour. However during the night I'd had a reaction to one of the chemicals so after consultation with the artistic director it was decided it would be best to do another skin test for something else. Obviously I was disappointed that they couldn't go ahead with the colour at this appointment but better to be safe than sorry! What I didn't realise is that part of the package includes getting your nails and makeup done as well, so as my stylist was busy chopping away my many miles of hair, there was a lady next me massaging my hands and arms! And then once she had finished someone else came along and did my nails (you get to choose the colour). Then once my hair had been dried and styled I was taken through to another part of the salon where another girl did my makeup. Whilst I was having this done they put some other colourant stuff behind my ear to test for that. Unfortunately, within about 10mins of it being put on it started to itch. Yes I am a freak. At that point I thought there was no hope for me ever getting colour put in my hair again, but and then they said there was another thing they could try! I've now got a blob of something else on my arm, so fingers crossed I don't get a reaction to this one! Anyway, since I never got the colour done today, the package was discounted from £90 to £45. I'm not sure how much it will cost for the colour alone at the moment - I imagine it'll be £45 to take it back up to the full package price though! It's worth mentioning that if you are either a student or an employee of the NHS (proof needed) you get a 15% discount from Monday to Wednesday. I work for the NHS so I actually paid about £38.

After my appointment I came away feeling like I'd really been looked after and pampered (oh and with a lovely haircut, freshly varnished nails and make-up!). I particularly admire and appreciate the way they dealt with the colour issue and were able to find an alternative solution each time, not to mention the fact they even do a skin test as a lot of salons probably don't even bother. Added to that all the staff I dealt with were really friendly, good natured and optimistic. I would thoroughly recommend Gilrznight.

P.S. If you're looking for the location of this salon online and you don't Glasgow that well, it's the bit of Sauchiehall Street just after the interchange with the motorway and everything - Anderston or Charing Cross are the closest stations. Also, if you're looking for it on Google Streetview like I was, it wasn't there at the time of being photographed for Streetview and in it's place is a futon shop which is what was there before Gilrznight came along to brighten up our hairday. There is limited street parking available along Sauchiehall Street.

Just received my redken for men go clean shampoo (only two days after placing the order) Just a quick note to say I was kept fully inform during the whole order process from start to finish. As Arnie would say "I'll be back!"

I recently purchased a pair of GHD straighteners from Girlznight and found the customer service to be one of the best that I have come across on-line. I would definitely be ordering again with Girlznight and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ordered some fudge styling products. Delivered the next day by Royal Mail. Good service and I would recommend this company.

This company is terrible..The worst customer service i have ever experienced.
the buy for Internet good, but now they began the problems.... they warn me for email that they have received the money and very quickly they will send to me the item (it must be an automatic email). I keep on waiting two weeks(overseas buyer) and do not see any sign on the part of the seller . an email ordered, asked that happens with my order. answer: VOID. we go they did not even deign in answering me...

I hope a few days and how I do not see any answer bombard them with emails asking tracking .Finally after TWO MONTHS receive my item.

I recently purchased Tigi Self Absorbant Shampoo and Conditioner - Tween Range. I ordered on the Friday evening and my parcel arrived on Monday. How is that for shipping!!!Very impressed with my product and the price. I recommend this website to all!!!!

My package from girlznight arrived incomplete - lip serum and hair serum were missing. We rang them several times & e-mailed them too. Sometimes there was no answer and sometimes they would "promise" the "products are on their way" or another time "I'm resending them to you now" and my favourite "We shall refund you and send you a gift in apology"..... A YEAR LATE AND STILL NOTHING. NO REFUND, NO PRODUCTS. I gave up long ago, because I have a life and am too busy to chase up their broken promises all the time.

Please don't let them steal from you either. They are a small company, terribly unorganised and take any chance they can to rob your money.

I bought GHD from overseas and credit card charge straight away without telling us baout the shipping cost and then it was so so expensive compares to lots of other stores shipping rates. My ghd didnt arrievd until 2months of hassling them and calling and wasting my time and phone calls to then which finally tey send my gjd after I told them that I wanted to get my refund instead of waiting and waiting for more..So they tried to be nice to me and told me that They will send the goods asap and give me some of the free ghd shampoo, heat mat and conditioner,etc..and I thought why not ..So I gave them 1 more chance to be trusted and they told me to send me the tracking number on that day but the tracking number didnt come after 1 week later of hasssling them more with phone call. So finally the tracking number arrived in my email and I got the good 1 week later and then once I received my good I thoought I should be happy getting all the free stuff that they promised and guess what....that free goods promises never come until now and I cant be bothered to hassle them again cos it's just a waste of my time and phone call..So I just let it go and at least finally aftet all the hassle,phone calls,and problem I got my GHD few months later...but it's so bad the service that I WONT recommend this company at all to anyone and bad communication service, cant trust them anymore, and wont but fron them again ever...Save ur time and money and but soemwhere else..I am very happy when I bought last time from feelunique..so go with them instead and dont go to girlznight...worst service in my whole life...
