This is the first time I have used this company and I will never use again. I never received the item and have lost £100 of my money which I cant get back. No one seems to answer calls/emails.

Please avoid these fraudsters and dont get your money stolen from you :(

excellent value for money and a great range of products. Delivery of my ghds was next day and well packaged with some nice freebies! No problems at all and would highly recommend.

got all the feebies i was supposed to get-the shampoo, the make up set and the heat proof mat my only problem was they arrived a week after i ordered which isn't long i know but i thought i was getting them 2-3 days after ordering,and after reading some of these reviews i was starting to panick but i am very happy and have recommended girlznight to family and friends.

Great range of products to choose from and a refreshing change to have someone you can call who is helpful and honest and efficient.

Unfortunately my original order did go missing (good old postal service) but one quick phone call to girlznight and another order was sent out to me and delivered the very next day.

Much appreciated as this was a special suncream I needed for my holiday.

Highly recomend you use this site.

HAVING ORDERED A PAIR OF PORTABLE STRAIGHTNERS AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY, I AM STILL WAITING 1 WEEK LATER, I HAVE RUNG AND RUNG MANY TIMES LEFT AN EMAIL AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT MY ITEM! THEY HAVE TAKEN PAYMENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN THEY KEEP COMING UP WITH ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service is great - 5 star – with really helpful, friendly staff. When I first called they were great at helping me sort out my order; when the stuff didn't arrive I did have to call a couple of times but again they were very helpful and promised it for the following day with no charge for the Special Delivery. All with politeness and a sense of humour! Packaging wasn't great, though, when it did arrive, or it would have been 5 stars all round! Even if you do get a problem, phone them and they'll sort it - they're really nice people.

Have been using girlsnight for 6 months to order bedhead and have placed 4 orders. Great value for money and quick delivery with all the orders I have placed. No problems to report!

This company has not refunded my money or sent my goods. I would strongly advise anyone to NOT use them. One month on and no goods ... they are very plausible on the phone and have not kept to a single word of which they said. "in the post" "lost in the post" "out of stock" - please please don't lose your money too!

Hi I recently ordered some cordless hair straighteners (£90) which had free delivery, 2 batteries and a heat mat. I was also told that the derlivery was within 48 hours. Firstly I didn't receive the product for 2 whole weeks even though when I rang I was told they were in stock. When I finally did receive the product it was incomplete. It only came with one battery and the reason I bought them was to use at a festival and be able to have 2 charged batteries. I also didn't receive the heat mat. I had tried ringing with no joy and had no response to many emails where I asked for the missing products or I was more than happy to take a full refund. I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this website as it seems everybody else has had a similar experience. £90 is a lot to spend on an incomplete product.

After buying a pair of ghds on ebay, which turned out to be fakes and losing £70 when they blew up after 4 months I searched for genuine ghd retailers. Through luck I found a discount code online for this site, which made a very good deal. I ordered on Friday morning and received my package on Monday afternoon, complete with free products promised. No complaints at all and would use again.

I placed my order, which I received only to find it was the wrong product. I promptly returned this order, paying for recorded delivery to send it back and emailed them to ask for the correct product. 2 months later and many emails/phone calls I have received nothing. No product and no refund. This company seems to have a lot of problems and I would avoid using them at all costs.
