Black Hole

Ordered a motorcycle part from SRC on 6th December 2021 to be sent to the UK. On 10th December it arrived at Compton, California and all tracking has ceased.SRC say that it is probably stuck in UK customs, but the tracking stops in the USA. No means to follow it up or trace where it is. It is not a system, as it conveys no information to the consumer. SRC have great products but GlobalPost is a joke.

NEVER again!!!

NEVER again!!!

I don't know if this company is just horrible or a complete fraud, but I'll NEVER EVER use this "service" again.

We sent two Postcards from Milano to Austria. One month later, none of them arrived at their destination.

The "tracking" (via QR-code) is also fake. Although there is a website where you can fill in the tracking number (or scan the QR-code), tracking does'nt work: Even if you fill all required data, pressing the "go"-button has no effect. I have tried it on three different devices and almost any common browser (Chrome, Firefox (both mobile and desktop), Edge, Opera (both mobile and desktop), Samsung Browser).

In October 2021

In October 2021, we sent 10 postcards through GPS to Finland from Florence, Italy. They took their time to arrive, but in around 6 weeks we have received confirmation of 8 postcards reaching their destination. As far as we can tell, they got the job done.

Worst postal service ever

Worst postal service ever !
In 2016 & again in 2017, I sent the postcard to my parents from Pisa not even once but twice. My family didn’t receive any of it. It’s been more than 4 years but I still feel I never used any service worst than GPS. Service Charges were not that less but for me its not only about the money but also about the feelings which we have when we write the postcards messages for our family & friends.

It deserves no star

It deserves no star! One star is too many!
It’s a scam! I paid about 12€ to buy stamps plus postcards. After a month posted in Florence to Germany, nothing!
How can this company exist? I don’t understand how a country allows it to scam tourists all over the world?

Awful stamp scammers!

At the beginning of October, 2021, I sent three postcards from Santa Maria Navarrese, Sardegna in Italy, to the US and Norway. In the beginning, the tracking site which one could open with QR codes seemed a little off. However, it seems to be, after all this time, that this was fake and that my lovely cards written to family members will never arrive. I am very appalled by this because I wanted to share a piece of my vacation with my family. Please don’t purchase these stamps. I bought mine from a gift shop, but I would never had suspected anything bad, because it wad obviously a very touristic shop. Beware travelers!

Terrible. Expensive stamps, aren't shipped and cards won't get shipped to your addresses. It has been 2 months now.

One Star is too a Rating

When buying postcards in Madeira, two years ago, I got sold stamps for this company, the postcards took six weeks to arrive. About a month ago, in Italy, I got sold their stamps and there is still no sign of the cards arriving. I wish I had realised that they were not "proper" stamps while I was still in the shop. In future, I will make sure that I buy proper postage stamps from a post office.

Yellow garbage bin

They should come with a disclaimer clearly stating that these postcards will never be delivered. Five postcards from cefalu to Germany never arrived.

Dang!

Dang!! Wish I’d done some research before buying my GPS stamps in a Montepulciano tabbaci shop on the Piazza Grande, (sort of the NW corner). It’s only been three weeks since mailing but no sign of them in the U.S. mailboxes yet. Glad I only bought two! I remain (slightly) hopeful that they will still appear. I am imagining a dumpster, somewhere in Italy, where all of our postcards are accumulating as someone looks in and smiles at all the money made on those stamps. Now, how to warn others??

Not even one star for me

Not even one star for me! Money waste! I could not event post my cards, no yellow mail boxes, while you are supposed to find them in multiple cities. Shops that sell these stamps should be ashamed of contributing to this robbery! Now I'm buying true Italian stamps to send my cards.

Postcards never arrived

Postcards never arrived. Tracking not working.

I send 4 Postcards from Lucca, Italy from piazza dell anfiteatro from a gps mailbox in a shop called
"Il Girasole Di Barbacci Laura". Today after 5 weeks nothing, no postcards.

Tracking is not working. It shows always the same "Sticker arrived in the Hub", "Sticker distributed by Hub", "QR read by Recipient" even for stamps i dont send, cause i bought to much.

Buy normal stamps!

Unfathomable

Can you imagine how much money these guys make off of unknowing tourists that visit Italian cities en masse every year? The fact that something wholesome like stamps for postcards can be turned into a corrupt scam makes me wonder what kind of people run this show. Truly one of the most disheartening things ever to come across. Cannot imagine the millions of postcards that have been sent since the conception of this evil company in 2012, that never reached the loved ones it was addressed to.

STAY AWAY - SCAM

Sent 5 postcards from Italy to Austria and Germany in August 2020. Not one has arrived. In September I reached out to the company and asked if they could help me, as the tracking doesn't work. No answer. I reached out again a few days ago per Facebook and Email and no answer. Sadly a total scam and I am super sad because 1. the postcards were not cheap and with the stamps I spent a lot of money 2. I wrote really nice things for my friends and they will never see it. So sad that tourists are scammed like this. Please double check your stamps and only buy regular ones!

2 months from posting - no delivery

2 months on and postcards from Sicily to London remain undelivered.

These guys are absolute scam artists. I have no idea how they are allowed to continue operating. Avoid.
