If I only checked Trustpilot earlier... I sent 12 postcards out while in Italy, over a month ago. I posted them in several different Globe Postal App orange mailboxes in the Venice/Milan/Lugano distri... See more

A complete con
A complete con. In Venice, buying postcards. Asked if we wanted stamps and were sold GPS ones. Useless. No postboxes nearby. We thought we had just bought normal ones.
Will now need to post when we get home. SCAM. avoid.
Waste of money!
Save your money and time! You might as well throw your cards in a bin! None of mine have arrived and the service is not cheap!
First time used the service in 2018 in…
First time used the service in 2018 in Rome and the postcard hasn't arrived. But I lost tracking sticker and was thinking smth went wrong.
So I was stupid enough to use yellow boxes again this summer in Chinque Terre. 2 postcards - Germany and Ukraine - status shows QR scanned by receipient (but with no details of where and by whom) - both postcards haven't been received.
At the same time I sent some with normal Italian post - received more than a week ago.
Thus I would definitely avoid this service in the future and strongly recommend you to do the same. Something is not OK there.
This is a scam
Be aware where you buy your stamps in touristic areas. Shop owner will often sell you these "gps stamps". These stamps are only usable with "gps mailbox" and you will never find these mailboxes. We spent 30 min looking for the gps mailbox in Milano Centrale and we never found it.
ONLY BUY OFFICIAL STAMPS
GPS STAMPS ARE A TOTAL SCAM
Very few post boxes - does this work?
Have just spent a whole evening trying to locate one of the yellow boxes in Venice. It seems the only box might be outside the newsagent where I bought the stamp - not realising this was not a regular postal service. They provide a map covered in dots showing locations of boxes in Venice. I haven't found one in many hours. I checked their website, where far fewer dots are shown, but when you zoom in to find detailed location info, you receive a "can't be found" message.
One of six arrived (after 9 weeks)
9 weeks ago I sent 6 postcards of which only one arrived. The QR code to check the current location of the postcards doesn't work at all. Its always showing "arrived at the recipient."
The customer service wasn't helpful either. They just told me "they've been correctly processed"
Don’t do it!!! I had The map and still couldnt find…
I had the map and still couldnt find any of their mailboxes. Time and time again we past the regular postal service boxes. I even had a taxi driver help me and he couldnt find them! He truely tried to help us. To make things worse — if it were a credible organization wouldnt they at least have a box at the airport. NO! I brought all of my post carss hone with me to the USA. Total rip off!
Postcards sent, never arrived! GPS = Ghost Postal Service?
On their site, "GPS" boasts "Best tourist postal service - We take care of your postcards." Nice words!
Me and my friends sent something like 10 or 12 postcards from Sicily, in May 2018, having no idea these stamps corresponded to a private postal company. We thought they were just special stamps with an additional tracking service. So we sent the cards in a classic mail box... Now, we're in September and the cards still haven't arrived, and might never arrive... So, we could say : it's our fault, silly incapable tourists we are... However, the site indicates "Sticker arrived in the hub" - "Sticker distributed by the Hub" - "QR read by Recipient" . So, the cards are supposed to have been transfered to GPS and taken care of (though this tracking information is unclear), but none of the people we sent the cards to got them howsoever. It's amazing to see people keep sharing bad experience about this "service"! Be careful, you'd better use the POSTE ITALIANE !
My friends and I posted 32 postcards…
My friends and I posted 32 postcards between us to the U.K. during our 10 day stay in Italy. Over a fortnight since we posted the first 8 cards and none have arrived. Tracking service doesn’t work. Total joke. Avoid at all costs.
Postcards did not arrive / Tracking useless
one month after sending a postcard from Italz to Germany bz GPS none arrived.
Even more anoying is the fact that the tracking of the postcard gives nonsense information.
"sticker arrived at the hub
sticker distributed bz the hub"
What the heck does that mean?
It|s worth searching for real post stamps,
This is the best company!
A month!
Used in Florence for 2 postcards, used correct post box. 4 weeks to arrive.
Used in Venice one month ago
Used in Venice one month ago, never arrived
OK - it's slow but it worked!
OK, it turns out that I was wrong - GPS isn't a fraud!
My postcards which were sent around 18 August 2017 arrived on 6 September 2017.
Not the fastest service but thankfully, NOT a fraud!
What a scam!
Do not even consider using Globe Postal Service and their QR Code stamps - your post will never arrive.
More than a month ago I sent 6 postcards from Florence to my home country, each stamp was from GPS and each card posted in the GPS mail box. While the status of each of the postcards state that they've been read by the addressee, this is totally a lie - none of the addressees have received any postcards with GPS stamps.
So - stay away from this scam company!
