Unfortunately a CRAP service

Unfortunately a CRAP service. Luckily I only trusted 1 postcard to this non-service. Posted in the required yellow box more than three weeks ago, but still not arrived at the target address. Trying to track and trace based on the QR code impossible as the app doesn’t exist in the App Store. Filling in the serialnumber based on the little sticker you get only results in ‘unknown serialnumber’. It all took place in Italy, so a miracle could still happen, but traditional postal services might be slow, but are far more reliable..... I will never use this GPS service again.

Do NOT buy

Got sold these as “normal stamps” which they’re clearly not. Almost no yellow postboxes around so can’t send my postcards now after all. They shouldn’t be allowed to mask themselves as normal stamps and shops shouldn’t be allowed to sell them, especially not if you ask for normal stamps. Price is outrageous too. Very angry.

I would have given zero stars if possible. I am surprised such a company is still operating and sending their expensive stamps to poor unaware tourists. I am Italian but living abroad,I didn't know about them but thought it was because of me being away! Do not buy them,go to post office,or o tobacco's shop, they are cheaper and actually work! I don't know if my postcards will never arrive. I sent them to Italy, from Italy more than 2 weeks ago!!!!!

AVOID GPS

GPS is a SCAM !!

I bought 2 stamps for europe. I sent my 2 postcards from Italy to France and Germany.

The QR Code doesn't work, anyway, the App is nonexistent.

I contacted the customer service, I have no answer.
I'm afraid the postcards never arrive.

Appallingly bad service

Appallingly bad service! I was sold their stamps in Pisa while buying postcards, with no warning that they were not the usual stamps. It took SIX WEEKS and THREE COMPLAINTS before the postcards arrived in the U.K. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

AVOID GPS AT ALL COSTS

I, as the majority posting here, feel a bit cheated. When I bought postcards in Rome to send to my Grandma and best friend in the US, the shop owner sold me the GPS stamps. I wrote a short note, carefully addressed the postcards and went to mail them. It wasn't difficult to find one of their little boxes, once I knew what to look for. However, now having passed 16 days since putting them in the box: 1 of the postcards says it has left the hub, the second postcard is not even tracked as arriving at the hub.

They may have more than 2000 points of sale. They may have 1900 mailboxes. But none of this matters if your card gets lost in their obviously careless hands.

Don't use this service, you won't find their special postbox, and the general post office won't deliver

Bought 8 postcards and GPS stamps from museum in Lecce at end of October 2019 (for around €16) but didn't write the postcard that day, bad mistake. Seemed to spend the rest of our holiday trying to find a yellow GPS postbox, their website is useless and the postboxes simply don't exist. Eventually went to main Post Office which advised that I could post in their post boxes, bad advice 6 weeks later no postcards have been delivered.
This service is a complete waste of money and I will never, ever use them again. It would have been less frustrating to post them in the bin, because the result is the same. Better to send pictures by WhatsApp and give the money to charity, not to these crooks.

I sent over 45 euro worth of post cards to family & friends while in Rome. I made the mistake of using these GPS stamps. The biggest scam in Rome. Over.1 month later not ONE post card has made it to its destination. This has never happened to me in any European country. DO NOT BUY THESE GPS STAMPS...ITS A SCAM!

Avoid!!!

The postcard sent to from Vatican to Poland did not arrive. Problem reported to customer service - no response for 2 months. An unreliable company and stamps are much more expensive than Poste Italiane. AVOID!

Obviously fraudulent

Posted three postcards in Italy in August, one at a post office in Genoa using a proper stamp supplied by staff at the counter, one in La Spezia and another in Siena (both using GPS stamps). The one from Genoa was received in less than a week. The other two never arrived. Go to a post office to send postcards, not sure why it's allowed to provide this obviously fraudulent service.

SCAM- A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND…

SCAM- A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Having purchased a card in Sorrento to send back to the UK, I was recommended by the shop owner to use a GPS (Gruesome Postal Service) stamp. He explained that I could use the code number to track it, so I will know when it has been collected, when it arrives at the Hub and also when it leaves the Hub. This sounded like a good idea!
The problem is that after 6 WORKING DAYS, it has still not arrived at the Hub. I have also sent 3 requests in to their so called Customer service without any reply! (I think that their customer service is in the same place as their Hub) I have also tried several times to call them and the number either rings out or you get a message saying that this number is no longer in use. (So it is clear that the entire system is a SCAM!)

I have also been back to the shop and asked the owner if they had made any collections? He said that he was not sure but it could take up to 18 days, hmmmmm, This was not made clear to me at the time of purchase!

I would stay well clear of this none postal system and please tell all of your friends as well, this has been a total waste of time and money!

Posted 2 postcards from Varenna to the UK, neither arrived 3 weeks later. Awful company.

Can't believe after all these bad reviews they are still operating! But you don't tend to look up postal companies...

Can't someone do anything with all these complaints? You notice that in the comments below that GPS have given up on responding to all the negative experiences... How complacent.

Two months after having sent 5 postcards from Verona with these stamps (where nobody told us they were not regular stamps when we asked to buy those) and only 1 has arrived. Codes don't work at all. Don't EVER use this company - a total waste of money (and time)!

Slow slow slow service

Pathetic service. Postcard still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks - sent from a popular pub in Rome using the yellow GPS postbox as advised by tobacconist which is inside the same pub.

It's a shame as the way the man explained to me he didn't come across as knowing there would be such a delay. I didn't realise until I've seen the reviews afterwards online but who's to know when you are there?

If you do send a postcard, insist on using official stamps.

EDIT: My post card arrived, after 6 weeks! Must have done a world tour
