The make up brushed I received were not advertised as travel size. So I was in highly disappointed when I got them.

So quickly delivery and many good stuff everything what i get i need :) i will keep them thanks i go buy one more box

Purchased oven 'heat proof' liners sold by this company via Groupon. Today when cleaning my oven (after a couple of weeks using these liners) I noticed that they have melted through and left permanent burn marks on the bottom of the oven.
Groupon are not willing to take responsibility and Dynergy have no valid email address or a telephone number. Judging by the reviews below, I assume this is just a scummy scam of a company. Very surprised that Groupon would have anything to do with such companies like this...
I'd strongly advise to NEVER use them.
I am now left with a huge permanent burn mark on my over which cannot be rectified.

I ORDERED AN ITEM AND PAID FOR IT, ALTHOUGH I WAS SENT A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER, WITH A PROMISE OF DISPATCH DETAILS TO FOLLOW, NOTHING HAS EVER ARRIVED.
WHEN I SEND EMAILS TO COMPLAIN THEY ARE REJECTED (UNABLE TO SEND AS THEIR MAIL BOX IS FULL). THE TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE IS INVALID AND WHEN I PHONE DIRECTORY ENQUIRES THEY ARE NOT LISTED.
HOW CAN COMPANIES STILL BE ALLOWED TO TRADE, TAKE PEOPLES MONEY AND STILL HAVE OPERATING WEBSITES? IT IS TOTALLY UNETHICAL.
I WILL CONTACT PAYPAL - ONE OF THEIR TOOLS FOR OBTAINING CUSTOMERS FUNDS TO GET THEM STRUCK OFF. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Would give a 0 ordered 2 purses from Groupon as Christmas presents. Not received them disgusting!

Bought through Groupon. Items delivered at reasonable speed. Product specifications totally mis leading said they were Magnetic but are Velcro. Gone back on to Groupon to look at product still shows magnetic screen but wording changed to Velcro and no longer available.

bought a Lotus Flower Beach Throw from groupon and was beyond desapointed! It's not even worth the trouble to return it as it would make spend time going to a post office to do it! it is nothing like the picture and certainly not for anyone to lay on it! I might use it as a tablecloth for the garden table!

I bought a travel bag from them. It had been sewn twisted, it should never have been sent out like it, the company obviously does not take pride in the goods it sends out. Shame because it would have been a great bag but too embarrassing to use.

Purchased 8 mini solar fence lights with Groupon offer last summer 1 light working others binned a waste of time and money sent email to company did not bother to respond

Bought 2 lunch bags from Groupon. Handles fell off on one side on both of them, with very little use. Contacted go-dynergy twice by email, had no response at all. Worst customer service ever. Wish I had seen reviews before I bought them .

Awful!! no contact. It states on their website that they take customers satisfaction 100% seriously. that is a load of baloney.
They have no phone number- suspicious already- and when you email them you get nothing.
I jus want to send an item back that I bought on a mighty deal ( that's another story)

Product arrived with damaged inner packaging and damage to the product itself. No response from Go Dynergy when I emailed them. Wouldn’t use again.

Ordered and paid for two garage door remote controls but only received one. It should be a simple matter to put another in the post to me, but they have failed to respond to my request that they fulfil my order.

This company have very high prices on their website, and also sell via Groupon at more realistic prices, although with the lure of an apparent 80% reduction. I guess their business model is buy cheap from Chinese wholesalers and sell on at an extortionate profit direct (if anyone stumbles across and buys from them direct), or sell at a moderate profit via groupon, with groupon doing the direct (to your inbox) marketing for them. For example; Fidget Spinners - Dynergy direct price £14.99 + delivery, Groupon price £2.99 + Delivery, Chinese prices from £1 (free delivery).
I bought set of 3 fidget spinner (assorted colours) from groupon, sold by groupon but delivered from Dynergy. Product quality is poor and all three are red. They took nearly 2 weeks to arrive. I should have purchased from Ali Express for less than half the price with an extra week wait for delivery.

Like a previous customer I have received no goods and no-one is replying to my emails. I would not use this company again as it looks like I've lost £24.
