Absolute disgrace of a company
I ordered via this company. I have had no product and no response from various email.
After a bit of digging I found this number +44.2077949704 which is registered to mark Mackenna at 15E fitzjohns not 23 as they have on the website and is also linked to a fraudulent charity which is registered in a females name.
I also found an alternative email mark@firstpointdistribution with a co and a uk which also gave me no response. I have now claimed the money back off the bank.
Thieving company - DO NOT USE!
This company took my money and never sent me the solar powered lights I ordered. I contact them various times and they just ignored me. After 2 months of nothing I was able to instruct PayPal to retrieve my money. Even when the company was contacted via PayPal, Mark Mackenna still the emails.
Do not use them if you expect to actually receive anything or any customer service!
Fantastic product and perfect service
I purchased a pair of iBeats by Dr.Dre and I am delighted with the quality of my product. My order arrived within a few days so I will definitely be buying from this company again.
Prompt delivery
My ordered item; a Cheeseboard with 4 knives, was delivered swiftly and the item was as shown on the website.
5.1 amp car charger £4.99
Purchased a 3 port 5.1 amp car charger from Dynergy through Groupon. Product arrived in 4 working days (Groupon said to expect it with 7). Have been using the product for 7 months now, fault free.
Its great, i charge my sat nav, phone and then have a spare slot free for if i have a passenger.
Not sure about their other lines but definitely recommend this product.
Misleading advertisement and damaged product
Bought an iPhone case which was advertised as metal, turned out to be plastic and full of scratches. Way overprized and not what was advertised.
FAULTY GOODS SOLD, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
To whoever is thinking about purchasing goods from dynergy please read before doing so as these are a SHAM of a company selling cheap goods.
I purchased goods through groupon Bluetooth speaker to be precise. Bought it for hols. When it arrived I was unhappy to learn it would not work. Tried everything.
Contacted dynergy to advise it's faulty this was in June, no response until 3 wks later requesting I return my goods back via 1st class carrier to which I did costing me 15euros and they said a replacement would be sent back.
Weeks past then months. After emails upon emails & no response from them.
Finally 20/08/15 I come home to see replacement was sent excited as my hol was following wk!! Only to find it was the SAME FAULTY GOOD I SENT BACK.
No repair, no replacement. I emailed dynergy and no response. Thankfully groupon refunded me my money but I would never ever buy anything from this company.
This was the worst experience with a company I've ever had!
This company is a fraud! I was one of the "lucky" ones that got the product that I ordered, BUT it was broken, and I have been trying to contact them ever since. They do not responds to any e-mails and they have not listed a telephone number!
I can NOT recommend anyone to use this company!
Never got my items!
I bought knifes sets and I never got them, I tried to contact Dynergy a few times and they always have an excuse and fake apology, until their last e-mail that said they shipped out, but strangely I never got it, eventually they stop aswering me.
Stay away - Probably the worst online shop I've used
I ordered a pair of Veho ear-buds. Not only did the product arrive after one month but it was also the wrong color. (Ordered white and they sent pink) Moreover, they are really slow at replying to emails. I would most certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone.
