Always very helpful and full of knowledge

Canned dog food is so processed, full of unnatural ingredients and is unappealing and just stinks plus my dogs would often turn their nose up at it. Getting my dogs food from go raw means I know exactly what I’m feeding my dogs, they love it and clean the bowls.

I order every month and Delivery is quick and efficient. I would like to point out that sometimes the frozen chubs do arrive a little soft, but don’t freak out it’s really not an issue just stick it in the freezer promptly after receipt and it’s absolutely fine.

I have a subscription for our dog food.
Sometimes the store is unable to deliver my chosen order but has always rung me to inform me.
They will offer a substitute similar to my order.
They have delivered on a different day of the week so that our dogs don't go without.
I can ring to change my order without fuss.
Our dogs enjoy the food sent by Go Raw each month. Good value for money. Delivered by pleasant drivers who are willing to help take the food indoors for me.

The guys at Go-Raw are really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
We have been buying from them for a few years now. Their stock is always a good selection and plentiful. If they don't have something you need, they always have a reasonable replacement.
My dogs and cats are all very happy with their raw food and we are always complimented on their health and conditions, from the vets to people we meet when out for walks.

The raw food selection is good. The delivery is quick. They answer the phone when you call and the customer service is good. I would say that they need to think about the packaging of the raw food as some blocks arrive partially defrosted in transit. So, flexing packaging according to the seasons (and the recent very hot weather) would be helpful.

Have been using Go Raw for years for my dogs food. The number of different brand options, and offers means my dogs never get fed up as there's always different flavours and textures. The wide variety of frozen bones, and chunks means treats can be kept healthy, and the dried treat selection is brilliant! I rely massively on the local delivery service so that I don't have to worry about finding the time to visit the store and carrying all of the food to the car and then to the house. On the occasions I visit the store the staff have been very friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions or give a helping hand.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The newport store can be a little sparce with stock but I always get advised on the next best product if what I need is not there.
