Helpful staff member
I was served by a male member staff who was very helpful in dealing with updating my Member card, and with purchasing some items for my daughter. I guess he was just doing his job, but he was professional, knowledgable and friendly in an unassuming way. It was just a very pleasant experience, and I thought I should acknowledge this.

We visited the Aviemore Go Outdoors and was served by a young lad (Unfortunately I could see his name on the receipt) on the 30th March 26. I was looking at walking boots and tried quite a few on before deciding. The lad serving was brilliant and made a huge effort to talk me through the pros and cons of each boot. I would highly recommend this store.

Andrea was soo helpful and friendly when I went in for a look for a fleece, I got the perfect one at a great price and saw a pair of North Face shoes which weren't in my size. Andrea was very helpful and had a look at the stock that was coming in later in the day and luckily included the shoes I wanted so she held them for me, thank you ☺️
