Too notch service
We use to store quite often and whenever we do we are always welcomed with smiling faces and politeness. There is always plenty to choose from and with a good range of sizes. We were served today by Andrea who is always very professional. We were asked if we found everything we were looking for and had some small talk whilst she detached and folded our goods. We will continue to use this store as the service has always been very good

I bought a pair of walking boots in…
I bought a pair of walking boots in store (Aviemore) while on holiday. Purchase was made on 18th of July. It is now 2 months later and boots aren’t even sustainable for a path route never mind any sort of hiking route. Boots were meant to be waterproof but certainly aren’t. Have tried to contact through email, firstly got told to return to original store which isn’t possibly due to this being 4 and a half hours away from home, after expressing this I’ve had no response. Provided photos and receipts but nothing from them. Won’t be back and certainly won’t hold back from expressing my feelings to others. Atleast expected these footwear to last 5-6 months as walking is what I do most. Even treated them as they recommend you do. Only been 2 months since purchase. Joke.
