Great stock of air pole replacements
We had a blown air tent pole and the guy in the store did everything to find a compatible one. Although there was no original pole available the replacement fitted very good. We really appreciate his great help and expertise!

Lost package?
Ordered 2 pairs pants, dispatched in different days. One arrived, the other according to tracking has been sitting in Glasgow sorting office for 10 days. My grouse is the difficulty in contacting the business. I held for 40 mins with no human! Great product , poor customer service

Good quality, great prices, helpful staff.
From the moment we walked into store with our 3 dogs, staff were friendly and helpful. The dogs were given attention and dog treats. We were chatted with and made to feel welcome, allowing time to look around the store. Great choice of outdoor gear, well laid out and even better priced. We saved more than we spent! Andrea was particularly helpful, as she was when we were there in March. Lots of competition in Aviemore with lots of outdoor stores, but thoroughly recommend popping in to here. Good quality, good prices, great staff.

Help with a zip issue on Berghaus tent
Stopped in on our way from camping in the Cairngorms to the west coast. Our new Berghaus 500 has a fault with the zip so popped in to get some help. Paul was brilliant. Listened to what the issue was, switched it out for a replacement and gave us advice on what to do going forward. Really helpful and means our next stop and pitch will hopefully be more straightforward.
