The staff were present, I spoke to 5 different assistants for help with different things and each of them gave great advice with products, especially the guy who demo’d the camp bed that I purchased. I’m considering investing in an inflatable tent and will definitely come back to the same store when I’m ready to purchase. It’s refreshing to visit a store and have so many helpful people on hand. Well done and thank you for restoring my faith in shopping.

Excellent customer service as always. Carol was chatty and friendly whilst paying. Always a lovely experience at this store.

The company website is clunky, never allows you to use discount codes. I had to buy another discount card and then get refunded. Delivery is very slow, when you go to the shop the staff don’t seem to want to be there. You get passed around, love what’s in the shop but never an easy experience.

We went into Go Outdoors to buy a cycle helmet and then we saw what a great selection of good quality, affordable bikes they had! We ended up buying a bike and were helped and advised by James T who was great and very knowledgeable. Would happily recommend the products and staff in this department.

Both Paul (for my husband) and Lynda (a few days later for me!) were very helpful when buying sturdy walking shoes in Basingstoke🙂. We were spending a lot of money so keen to get it right, and even though we were in a rush to collect our son off the train next door when buying my husband's, so couldn't try on too many (!), we are very happy with our purchases 😃

The two members of staff who served me( I was trying on walking shoes and boots) couldn’t have been more helpful. They actually knew about the product they were selling. Well done Lynda and Paul.

As always a great experience and outcome. Cullan at the Basingstoke store again was really nice to work with. He assessed a problem we had with the pedals on our bike in no time and my kids are always happy to tell me that they like him too!!!!

Wanted some walking boots for my son and was helped by Sophie who took the time to try different sizes & brands. Friendly & helpful member of staff.

Fantastic service from Terry in Bikes today, helping me to purchase a toddler bike seat.

Paul was very helpful when we were choosing hiking boots for a school trip. Loads of advice on why the prices varied between brands, fitting and how there are different methods of tying the laces. We really appreciated his time and knowledge.

We came in looking for walking boots for our son, we were met by Paul who was really helpful and very knowledgeable with questions we asked! Very friendly and didn't rush with us! We ended up buying some walking boots and very happy with them!
Lynda was very helpful at till regarding my membership! Very pleasant visit and will definitely be returning!

Paul who served us at Basingstoke branch was brilliant . He gave us so much advice about the boots we were trying on . Then he helped us with socks and gave us valuable advice if we ever get blisters .
The branch need to give him a pay rise . He was rushed off his feet .
