Carol and Sian on the tills were really helpful when I was buying a riding hat. They only had a display one to buy but were very thorough in explaining my options etc

I popped in to pick up a new tent along with a festival trolley. Had some questions about the various trollies. The staff went above and beyond for me. Nothing was a problem and they were even running round the store for me locating items that I needed. Both Terry and Sian are a credit to your business. If only I could get this level of customer care in other retail shops!

Natalie went out of her way to help me today and provided excellent customer service, I was very impressed. Anya helped me at the tills and kindly allowed me time to pop back to get something I’d forgotten. I will be sure to recommend the Basingstoke branch to friends and family. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!

Popped in to look at tables and chairs for the van to upgrade what we currently have. Met a very helpful chap that told us about the buy 1 get 1 half price deal which was fab as we wanted 2 chairs. However it wasn’t so great that they’d increased the price of the table we wanted from £40 to £60 as it was now part of the same deal.
Lastly the young lady at the checkout was fairly uncommunicative and a bit disinterested.
Overall we still grabbed a bargain but will look elsewhere for a table.

Went to exchange a defective jacket and the process was seamless. All staff i came into contact with gave excellent customer service. Will always buy from here.

Thea was incredibly helpful by keeping alot of our gear behind the till whilst shopping with 2 little toddlers. Very patient with checkout and signed up to the club card in a few seconds. Very helpful and polite.

Sian and Anya were incredibly helpful at the checkout when ours sons DofE card didn't work. They were patient and resourceful and found a way to active the DofE discount so very much appreciated, thank you!

Myself and my partner went in to the Basingstoke store today, we were both browsing different parts of the store and a very helpful member of staff helped us both. Carol went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we were looking for and gave us lots of advice to help us know we had picked the right items. I wanted to buy a pair of ladies’ walking shoes & received excellent help from Kai, who was extremely helpful patient & engaging , making the whole experience very pleasurable.
The store was well laid out, clean, easy to walk around , full of very exciting merchandise.
It was quiet , with no music playing!

I was at the Basingstoke store looking for walking shoes with my mum and Paul helped us go through a lot of different options and was very knowledgeable.

Amber, who looked after me for my visit couldn't have been more helpful and patient as she helped me pick both a new riding hat and long boots. Thanks to her suggestion to try a different size boot (1 size up from my normal size), I walked out with the boots I really wanted which fitted perfectly!
