Sarah Louise was so lovely and really helpful. She made everything easy to understand, answered all my questions, and was friendly throughout. Really appreciated all her help—great service!

Called into the store looking for a family tent for our first time camping. After browsing threw a wide selection of tents on display we asked Bradley a member of staff in the tent section for help. Bradley was very polite and extremely knowledgeable, helping us make an informed decision on which tents was best for us. After chatting we were able to make a decision and purchase. Would highly recommend calling in if your a first time buyer and unsure what may suit your budget and needs.

Had problems with my airtent whilst on holiday during the extremly warm spell we have had recently .i rang go outdoors to enquire about buying some spare air poles ,young lady on phone said she would ask the manager Johnny for me ,to which she promptly rang me back and said he was going to order me in a set .I got home today recieved message from the manager Johnny to say they had arrived and were ready for collection.excellent customer service and staff have great attitude.They couldnt be more helpful. Thanks Johnny .👍

Helpful, cheerful and friendly staff member looking after me with my purchase. He could have been better equipped with a tablet or electronic device to let him know what stock was available in my size rather than going back and forth.

All of the staff are extremely polite, patient and helpful. Today we bought our first tent and Bradley assisted us with all the extra bits and pieces, advising us on what we needed and what would suit us best. Despite us repeatedly thinking that we had no more questions for him, inevitably more questions arose and Bradley continued to assist us wonderfully. Even when we ended up with questions on fishing rods and kayaks, amd I expected him to maybe call a colleague from that section, he was able to help us there too. A great ambassador for Go Outdoors, thanks Bradley!

When into Go Outdoors Belfast to enquire about a OEX roof tent. Team were super helpful in their advice. Bradley was excellent and super supportive. Nothing was too much and he guided me through the process to install the roof tent etc.

I was served at the checkouts by Sarah-louise and Becky, who went and looked for an alternative self inflating mat for me when I couldn't spot the one I was after. They also let my kids have a turn at scanning the items through the checkout which they loved 😊

The Staff in your Belfast store were absolutely fantastic and I had no issues collecting my items there . I would like to thank them all and will be using them again. 🐎🐎

I going on a walking holiday in July and looking for a rucksack. Judith was amazing at providing a couple of options based the information I gave her and her knowledge of the different backpacks. She fitted me with a rucksack and adjusted it properly. I am confident with my purchase due to Judith’s expertise. Thank you.

Great, friendly service from the team in the Belfast store!

Great store for outdoor wear, everything this set out in different departments within the store. We just popped in to buy a light summer rain jacket and ended up getting T shirts and a new sleeping bag on top.
We were served by a lovely pleasant sales assistant Sara Louise.
Parking is on site which makes life easy.

I don’t often write reviews for retail shops but my experience with Carly at the tills was brilliant. She was so patient when helping me find my ancient account. She also helped me get a good deal on the fleeces I was buying. Thanks Carly, you made our shopping experience a pleasure.
