Maia was very helpful. She took the time to explain about the different features of the waterproof coats and helped us make a purchase that ticked all the boxes. A very friendly member of staff who would make me want to shop there again.

Bradley from your Belfast store is so helpful, he helped me get new poles for our scout tent, he gave great advise in repairing the poles and tears in our shelter. He was able to point me in the direction to get all that was on my shopping list.

We are first time tent buyers, I highly recommend this place. Bradley was brilliant, answering every question meticulously! We spent hours researching at home but he really helped balance our wants and needs and we went home with a tent that we're very happy with. Bradley had loads of tips and advice and pointed us to other products that are going to make our adventures so easy. People like Bradley will have us back in store again.
The tent is a Hampton 800 Eclipse Tent.

Dagmara was really helpful when choosing walking shoes . She was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble .
We also chatted to Charlene at the till who again was really pleasant to chat to . It’s refreshing to go somewhere where that staff smile , make eye contact , take the time to have a quick conversation and actually look like they enjoy their job .

Brilliant store worth the drive if you aren’t local. Olivia was very helpful and knowledgeable keeping us right with the gortex boots and socks! Carey was able to get us sorted with some filtration tablets too 🙂 will be back

Got lots of help fitting and choosing walking boots from Maia and from Olivia at the checkout.

I have so far never had a bad experience in this store yet, I normally ask Becky about the hiking stuff who is very helpful and knowledgeable, but today I was served by Liv who also was made my shopping experience a very pleasant one 👍

Went in looking a load of kit for a wee camping trip, and I got everything I needed at great value. I was served by Carly at the counter, and she was the bee’s knees. Very lovely, happy to help and have a wee chat. Will be returning soon.
