Visited the Berwick store today
Visited the Berwick store today, I was greeted on entry to the store from a member of staff...nice touch. I did my shopping the went to the till to pay. Special mention to Cheryl who served me, she was an absolute gem. chatty and knowledgeable about the product, making sure that I had tried my new rucksack for size. she also replaced the old store card for me, it was in pieces. Cheryl is a great asset to your company, I'll be back.

I had an excellent experience
We had an excellent experience. The gentleman who checked the warehouse was friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. Cheryl at the till was polite, welcoming, and provided helpful advice. The member of staff in the shoe department was also extremely helpful and patient, even when I had to return after picking up the wrong size. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for any of the team. Everyone I dealt with was professional, approachable, and committed to providing great customer service. Thank you to all involved.

Looking for new walking footwear
Looking for new walking footwear to replace my comfy,reliable but now very old boots (previously bought here). Often struggle with pain around my ankles. From time entered store staff helpful, from how to choose my footwear, to choosing the best pair for my budget and needs, to service at the checkout by Cheryl. Very friendly and helpful. From the moment we entered the shop......
From the moment we walked in the shop and asked the whereabouts of what we were looking for, the staff were very helpful and friendly.
