Went to Blackburn Go Outdoors today looking for some new walking shoes. I was served by Norman who is an absolute credit to the store! What a lovely, professional, personable member of staff. We had a lovely chat about walking in Italy. He was very attentive whilst being very busy. Think he was attending to 3 of us at the same time. They are very lucky to have him. Every store needs a Norman! And he is 85 years old! Brilliant!! Well done 👏
