Norman was very helpful and pleasant and we were quickly sorted out ..till service was a bit slow only 1 person was serving and he had to ask twice for someone else to come on the till so had to wait a while .

Had the pleasure of meeting Norman today. At 85 years young the advice and knowledge given about walking boots was second to none. I just went for a look today and ended up buying a pair that perfectly fitted my needs. I could have talked to Norman all afternoon. What an absolute credit to the Blackburn store.

I was served by ella who was very informative and helpful as I was struggling to find a good pair of trousers. Ellas customer service was exceptional and she was very patient with me. Fantastic service!

I was looking for a jacket that wasn't too thick to wear until the weather gets really cold. Fantastic choice, I really struggled to choose one, so I bought 2 in different colours along with a fleece to wear underneath if needed. Served by a lovely young lady called Aliza, she was so helpful and set up my membership very quickly for just £5 for the year. I saved myself £39.00 today so well worth paying the £5 yearly membership.

Came in to buy some Merrel’s, Lou provided lovely service, knew everything about the shoes, aswell as being able to advise on what sizing to get through personal use of shoe!

Really helpful and knowledgeable customer service, I was looking for some new leather walking boots and Norman was incredible at helping me feel confident in my choice of boot, how to care for them and what wear overtime will look like. I always love Goin into go outdoors and am extremely grateful for the DofE and Scout discounts they offer as outdoor gear can be expensive. Overall very happy :)

We had a slight price problem at checkout, but Angela sorted everything for us.

I went to the Blackburn store today to try to find some walking boots. Norman was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to find the boots I needed for my upcoming trip.

Visited today to get a couple of t-shirts, couldn't find the size I was after. A lady called Sue who looked very busy changing stock around was so helpful. I felt really bad disrupting her but she greeted me with a smile and checked the stock for me with no issues. Luckily i did ask as they were additional sizes in stock. Thanks again.

Visit this store every week and always have a good experience, Paul S. on fishing section is always cheerful and has good knowledge, it's a pleasure to visit.

Found everything i wanted in the fishing section. Staff made sure i found everything i was looking for. Then when I went to to pay. Angela was very friendly and asked about my fishing club membership which I had forgotten about. All together very pleasant e perfect.

I always use Go outdoors for my fishing and camper van stuff and all the staff are brilliant especially ANGELA who always helps and makes a fuss of my little dog as well keep it up and thanks Ray.
