Above and Beeyond
Me and my friend are getting into hiking and camping so we need some gear for it and we went here as we are local to Blackpool… all staff are very friendly, talked us through what we need and made us feel welcome and like they wanted to help, some stores try to rush you out or don’t care… left with some sleeping bags, torches and we will definitely be coming back… thank you to the staff team lovely people

I came here a few times during our…
I came here a few times during our visit due to me having a membership and trusting your clothing that isn’t the issue it’s how scruffy the outside looks with I’m unsure who they are but women sitting outside in the chairs smoking parents with kids walking in and your greeted by scum sitting smoking and staff don’t tell them to move. It was the same women all 3 days either myself or my partner came in we wouldn’t bring the kids near the shop with them smoking so close to the entrance never been so disgusted by a go outdoors before

Great service and great prices
Was welcomed by pleasant staff, even 12 minutes before closing time! Found exactly what I wanted and there was even a buy one get one half price offer. Was also able to place an order, with free home delivery. Delighted with my purchases - so much choice for a relatively small shop - and the staff ( served by Adam) were really friendly and helpful 👍

Called in the Blackpool store around 5pm,the assistant was very welcoming,the staff member that dealt with my sale was excellent!My grandson who I was buying the Peter Storm footwear does not like trying footwear on,hes a bit strange that way!!The assistant was knowlegable and interested into what the footwear was for. My grandson loves his walking trainers that im going to the shop to buy him another pair exactly the same.Great service and a great team members.

Good for expert advice
After the longest dry spell on record these past couple of months it's a culture shock to experience rain, especially heavy rain. Hence the reason for going into the shop After the reason the current waterproof clothes weren't waterproof.
So it was to buy newer waterproof clothes that will cross fingers keeping me dry for the foreseeable future!!!
