Five Star Customer Service
Visited the Blackpool Express store yesterday with my wheelchair bound aunt. I was looking for freezer blocks so one of the young men sales assistants (Tom) took me upstairs and found the right product. He also explained the advantages of joining the members club and was extremely helpful and friendly.
Meanwhile, as I had had to leave my aunt outside as no wheelchair access, one of the other sales assistants had kept an eye on her and also helped her choose and buy some batteries.
Will definitely return to this store to buy my next RAB jacket !

Brilliant service
The shop is easy to access, very thoroughly stocked with everything you need and all at a great price. The service from the staff was also fantastic. Tom could not have been more helpful with my requests and his knowledge of products was very detailed.

Excellent shop with great staff
This is a very good shop which is very well stocked with a good range of quality items which are typically very competitively priced.
The staff are always very welcoming without being pushy, and on our latest visit March 23, we were served by Sam who was a credit to the GO Outdoors brand.
