Level of service no longer expected unfortunately
The young man that helped me was so accommodating and so knowledgeable about the different boots I was trying on. Whilst he did get me to spend more than I had planned I’m so glad I followed his advice.
Other 2 male staff members I interacted with also helpful and friendly.

Must have came in when it was quite the staff had all the time in the world to help my daughter to find some waterproof wear for our hike tomorrow, really pleased with what we got. And a great price, hopefully we wont need them but you can never be sure with the weather.
